Eligibility criteria : A) Regular/Bulk order: The bidder shall meet the requirements set out in RCF bid Document Ver- 14 clause 2.13.6. The similar item shall be means " FRP Side Wall Panels / FRP Ceiling Panels for any type of LHB Coach / 3 -Phase Memu Coach " B) Developmental Order: 1. The bidder shall meet the requirements set out in RCF bid Document Ver- 14 clause 2.13.6 Note: BIDDERS MAY NOTE THAT :- 1) Tender specification with latest Rev./Amendment is to be followed. 2) For HL-3 compliant FRP Panels as per MDTS 43373 Rev-01 with corrigendum's A. Test report as per Sr. No. 11 of Table 4 of MDTS 43373 Rev-01 for fire resistance (with specified value of R1 HL3 & Evaluation Standard EN 45545-2) from NABL accredited Lab or ATIRA lab or DRDO, Pune or CIPET or any Govt. Lab or Testing lab accredited as per lSO/EC-17025 to perform/ conduct fire test as per EN45545-2 (Proof of same shall be submitted) is to be submitted mandatory by the bidder along with their bid. B. Test Reports of all other parameters shall be mandatory submitted by successful bidders during prototype approval as per respective specification(s). WTC shall not be accepted during Bid or prototype. Estimated Purchase value for tendered item is Rs.2,93,79,330/-

Payment Terms

95% PAYMENT AGAINST INSPECTION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE NOMINATED INSPECTION AGENCY AS SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT AND PROOF OF DISPATCH/ DELIVERY OF THE MATERIAL TO CONSIGNEE AND BALANCE 5% AFTER RECEIPT, INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS BY THE CONSIGNEE. IN CASE OF DESPATCH BY RAIL, UNQUALIFIED RAILWAY RECEIPT/PARCEL WAY BILL WILL BE TAKEN AS THE PROOF OF DESPATCH. INCASE OF DESPATCH BY OTHER MEANS SUCH AS ROAD TRANSPORT, RECEIPTED CHALLAN SIGNED BY THE GAZETTED OFFICER AT CONSIGNEE'S END WILL BE TAKEN AS PROOF OF DELIVERY.

Statutory Variation Clause

SVC CLAUSE APPLICABLE, HOWEVER IF FIRM INVOICES THE GOODS AT GST RATE OR HSN NUMBER WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT INCORPORATED IN THE PURCHASE ORDER, PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE AS PER GST RATE WHICH IS LOWER OF THE GST RATE INCORPORATED IN THE PURCHASE ORDER OR BILLED. FOR WHICH FIRM WOULD BE REQUIRED TO ADJUST BASIC PRICE TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY HIGHER TAX BILLED AS PER INVOICE TO MATCH THE ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE AS MENTIONED IN THE PURCHASE ORDER. ON REDUCTION OF RATE OF TAX ON SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES, THE BENEFIT OF INPUT TAX CREDIT (ITC) SHALL BE PASSED ON THE RECIPIENT BY WAY OF REDUCTION IN PRICES.

Option Clause

OPTION CLAUSE : THE PURCHASER SHALL BE ENTITLED TO VARY THE ORDER QUANTITY UPTO +30% ANYTIME WITHIN THE DELIVERY PERIOD (INCLUDING EXTENDED DELIVERY PERIOD) ON THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE INCREASE IN QUANTITY WITH RESPECT TO THE TENDER QUANTITY CAN BE DONE EVEN AT THE TIME OF ORDERING AND THE TENDERER SHALL BE BOUND TO ACCEPT THE QUANTITY SO ORDERED ON THE BASIS OF HIS ORIGINAL OFFER. THE PURCHASER SHALL BE ENTITLED TO EXERCISE +30% OPTION CLAUSE IN ONE OR MORE THAN ONE INSTALMENT AS LONG AS THE TOTAL VARIATION IN QUANTITY DOES NOT EXCEED THE LIMIT OF 30% OF ORDERED QUANTITY.
