Attending and rectify day to day complaints related to water supply & plumbing work such as leakage of bib cock / pillar cock / stop cock angle valve, wall mixer, shower rose, health faucet/Jet spray, including removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI tubing of any description changing the washers, clearing of air lock in the pipe, leakage of low level or high level flushing cistern by adjusting the float valve including removal and replacement of rubber washer in PVC siphons, adjusting the float valve of over head tanks, leakage of PVC bends/galvanised iron pipes etc (All T&P such as die set, washers of all size etc including necessary form work and scaffolding upto second floor, safety measures to make functional and leak proof, all petty materials like taflon tape, M-seal, screws, nails, cap etc. are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hours complete all as directed.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboards, kitchen shelves, pelmet boxes, easing of doors and windows etc as ordered / required on all working days (except sunday & gazetted holiday) from 0900 hrs to 1700 hours complete all as specified & directed.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints on all working days (except sunday & gazetted holiday) from 0900 hrs to 1700 hours, relating to different type of repairs of steel windows/doors, rolling shutters/steel doors of garrages and stores and other misc works related to steel work, repair by welding (run or spot welding) as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed. (All T&P viz. welding machine, gloves, black welding glass/goggles, welding rod, safety tools and other tool etc, the cost of box type hinges, steel handle and peg stay etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor)

Note for Item No. 1 to 3 :- (i) Contractor or his authorised rep will report daily at 0900 hrs and onwards at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE;s/MES rep and distribute to all complaints/ detailing to tradesman, monitoring the work done and taking the complaint slip from trademans on every working day and re-submit the same after rectifying the complaint at complaint cell, failing which a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's due payments.

(i) Contractor or his authorised rep will report daily at 0900 hrs and onwards at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's In charge and distribute to all complaints/ detailing to tradesman, monitoring the work done and taking the complaint slip from trademans on every working day and re-submit the same after rectifying the complaint at complaint cell, failing which a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's due payments.

(ii) The complaints shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a Penalty @ Rs.120/-Per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from his dues on this account. If it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs after checking & attending the defect, in such case, the fact shall be brought to the notice of Engineer in charge immediately by the contractor/his rep and if the Engineer in Charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account.

(iii) The complaint slip and complaint register log sheet arrange by the contractor.

(iv) The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor/sunken floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-35 grade, laid dry including 50 mm thick sand cushing & vibrating the pavers and joints filled with dry sand including dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Coloured Machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Brass CP WHB mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe including all necessary arrangement etc, complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 189690.50 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
