(from proposed commercial panel) (ii) Bus bar (copper strip) 300 Amp, 4 Nos (iii) Digital panel meter (Amp, Voltage meter) including CTs- 1 no. (iv) Digital indication lamp set- 1 no. EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Material and labour for boring of size 80 mm for road crossing in any kind of soil/ rock strata by using trench technology method complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for boring of size 100 mm for road crossing in any kind of soil/ rock strata by using trench technology method complete all as specified and directed.
“Supply &install ,testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS : 1180 part - I 2014 level-IIIOR Latest notification issued by BEE as on date of acceptance of tender, step down, copper wound 22KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 400 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taping at +5% to 10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade CRGO with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following :-
(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 95Sqmm, HT 22000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 400 sqmm 3.5 core, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c ) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air releasevalve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.
(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested up to 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree Celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree Celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree Celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree Celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight.
(l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in IS: 1180 part-Iof 2014 Part - I with energy Efficiency level –IIIOR Latest notification issued by BEE as on date of acceptance of tender. (n) Oil temperature indicator. Note: (a) OEM should be BIS and BEE certified for all the ratings of the transformer that are to be submitted. (b) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of control wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip. And the Control cable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item (c) Expenses / cost for FAT as nominated by the accepting Officer for FAT shall be included in the rate quoted. (d) The contractor should obtain warranty from OEM for minimum period of 5 years for all the transformer supplied.
Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, IS-7098 (Part-2), screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 22000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3core. Note:- One lift of 8 passenger capacity is to be used as passenger lift and the other one to be used as firemen lift to be effective in fire fighting operation. The firemen lift shall have the following requirements. (i) The firemen's lift may be used by the occupants in normal times. (ii) The firemen's lift shall be provided with a firemen switch. The switch shall be a two position (ON/OFF) switch fixed at the evacuation floor (Normally main entrance floor) for enabling the lift to be put into firemen's mode. The switch shall be situated in a glass fronted box with suitable level and fixed adjacent to the lift at the entrance level. When the switch is on, landing call points shall become inoperative and the lift shall be on car control only or on a priority control device. (l) Support two redundant physical channel communication to one control centre. (ii).
