Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, girders having slopes up to 15o , landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases, up to floor three level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1-Cement:3-coarse sand) and making good and joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1-Cement:1.5 coarse sand:3-graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. Hot rolled deformed bars (IS : 1139).

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows and ventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section joints mitered and welded with steel lugs 13 x 3 mm, 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15 x 10 x 10 cm. Of 1: 3: 6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm .nominal size) or with wooden plugs & screws or rawl plugs and screws with fixing clips or with bolts & nuts as required including providing and fixing plane glass panes 4 mm thick with copper glazing clips & special metal sash putty of approved make or metal beading with screws complete including priming coat of approved steel primer, excluding the cost of metal beading & other fittings except necessary hinges of pivots steel handles peg stays etc. as required as per IS:1038. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1 : 4 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish, 12 mm thick.

Providing 100 mm thick average mud phuska damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with phuska at 35 Kg./cum of earth, gobri leaping with mix 1 : 1 ( 1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tiles of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3,mixed with 2% integrated water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat.

Pointing on brick or tile masonry in cement sand mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) flush or ruled pointing.

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT Finished Ceramic tiles size 300 x 300 mm confirming to IS 13755 coloured tile except white, grey, Ivory, fume red brown in walls ,floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry including nicely finished joints using water proof joint filler powder (Unitile or Roffe make) finishing with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster).

Providing and fixing Ist quality standard White Ivory Glazed Tiles ISI marked [IS:13753] of size 300mm x 200mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster) : Category-I : Kajariya, Jhonson, Orient, Somani make etc.
