The shelf shall be fixed to Almirah large steel with suitable 3mm MS Clips all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of unserviceable shutter and replacing the same with new shutter made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per drawing of size 936mm x 350 mm duly finished by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The shutter should be fixed to locker steel all as per drawing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Continuous welding to 20mm dia MS tube at hand rest frame joint, seat frame joint, back frame joint and seat to back frame stiffener joint Including S& F new 50mm X 4mm thick and 50mm long MS flat to be fixed in seat frame of chair verandah all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (White) over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

TABLE BED SIDE FD/E6/MAP/15 (R ): Removal of existing unserviceable top and provision of new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak and other side balancing white including provision of 4mm thick teak wood edging half round type alround the table top all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of existing steel surfaces by removing all dents etc and filling with putty & spray painting with machine Two coats of synthetic enamel paint black as indicated in drgs & as in the Furniture Yard , Unit lines & Officer Qtrs as directed by Engineer-in- charge .

Continuous welding MS frame to the top base frame joints, leg joints and stiffener joints of Charpoy and also supply and fix new MS pipe/tube where required of all sorts as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE 32MM WITH PLY TOP :- Removig the existing unserviceable plywood, supply and fix new 12mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade with ISI Mark all as directed and shown on drawings including replacement of appropriate MS Nut & Bolts with Washer. If any flat iron 40 x 5mm thick found broken/ UNSV the same shall be duly welded & replaced all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade for long rail 1980 mm length each and threading both ends as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia long rail and modifying into one short rail and one leg. The short rail threading both ends as per drawing and legs threading as per drawings, providing new MS sheet 3mm thick 50mm dia made to shape and fixed at bottom of leg by contineous welding and MS Sheet piece applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as directed. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia short rails and modifying into legs including threading as per drawings, providing new MS sheet 3mm thick 50mm dia made to shape and fixed at bottom of leg by contineous welding and MS Sheet piece applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as directed. NOTE : Each leg shall be measured separately.

Supply only GI elbow 32mm dia medium grade 3 way suitable for GI pipe charpoy conforming to relevant IS with ISI mark all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Assembling the GI charpoy with serviceable members as retrieved new modified / supply only members as obtained vide Sl item No 14.01 to 14.05 here-in-before all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAIR CBA SPECIAL WITH HAND REST ONE SIDE WITH WRITING PAD & STORAGE UNDER SEAT AS PER GODREJ MODEL NO 18B FROM USHA LEXUS: Removing of unserviceable seat from chair and supply and fixing new seat made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood frame duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading as per existing pattern and fixed to the chair with suitable nut and bolts with washers including polishing/painting to wooden frame complete all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable back from chair and supply and fixing new back made out of 1st class air seasoned teak wood duly caned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with suitable bolts nut and washers all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable hand rest from chair and supply and fixing new hand rest made out of prelaminated particle board 18mm thick with teak wood beading with suitable size of screws including polishing to beading complete all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable storage jali from the chair and supply and fixing new storage jali of size as per drg including painting with two coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint with suitable size of screw as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable rubber bush from the bottom of the chair tubular steel with Arms and with out arms and supply and fix new synthetic rubber bush of size as per existing with suitable size of screw as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
