M&L for hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, with broken stone or boulder, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2,using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck in 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe -410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted coloured trapezoidal profiled Galvalume/ Zincalume sheet with min thickness 0.50mm TCT confirming to IS - 513(AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn allay metalic coating with 550 Mpa yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws colour exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer , all fixed with galvanized self drilling self tapping fastner (12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D2,1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of PCC floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type D2,1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of PCC floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 30 KVA/24KW or next higher capacity available/manufactured , water cooled, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.95, 1500 RPM @ 41.2 BHP at NTP with mechanical governor. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directly to Alternator on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the acoustic enclosure which comply with CPCB norms complete all as specified with AMF control panel, fuel tank with mounted inside the canopy and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement flexible exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise the following :-

(a) Engine (Prime Mover) : Diesel engine 4 stroke, 3 cylinder 1500 RPM, of suitable BHP Turbo charged inter cooled,12 volts, electric battery start, complete with fly wheel end including suitable engine control panel/Dash Board with electronic techometer. Engine controller shall be displayed Low lube oil pressure, High coolant tempeature, overspeed, Low fuel, RPM, NO of Hours run, Battery Voltage, Ampere, Voltage, Frequency, power Factor, KW, KWh, KVAR including including safety control for automatic shut down in case of fault detection such as Low lube oil pressure, High coolant temperature, Low fuel level, Overspeed, Over current, Over/under Voltage, Over/under frequency, short circuit current transformers of suitable ratio and also including self starter alternator for charging of bateries, cogged V.

(b) Alternator : AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current output of 24 KW PF0.80 1500 RPM insulation class H, enclosure-SPDP, Protection -IP-23, self excited, self regulated brushless, complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine including comprising the following accessories with the DG set :- (i) Anti vibration mounting pads for mounting engine alternator assembly on the base frame/plate. (ii) Base plate : Made out of structural steel.

(e) Acoustic Enclosure. Acoustic enclosure shall be made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with powder coated finish on outside including weather proof, corrosion resistant, environment friendly and structural sheet metal Base frame comply with CPCB norms with following features:- (i) To restrict the noise level less than 75 DbA at one meter distance under free field conditions as per norms. (ii) The most compact, six sided, close, modular construction and detachable.

(iii) Provided with non igniting fire resistance/retardant foam as acoustic material and provided openable and lockable doors with air tight gasket, interior light arrangement 02 Nos 20 watt CFL with ON/OFF switch to meet latest emission norm. (iv) Provision lifting hooks, emergency stop facility. (v) The base frame shall be made of MS Channel.

Accessories:- (i) Silencer : Absorption type non-resistance, resisdential grade and exhaust pipe (fitted on top of canopy). (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cable IS 694 marked. FRLS in conduit and fluorescent lamp fittings (iii) Fuel tank of 8 hours capacity but not less than made of 14 SWG CRCA / MS sheet duly powder coated and provided with float, gauge and fuel float switch and to be mounted inside the canopy. (iv) One Nos 12V x 90 AH maintenance free batteries complete with battery lead ,provided one side copper thimble and other side heay duty brass terminal. (v) First fill of lube oil and coolant. Note (i) Catalogues Operation and maintenance manual, spare parts list overhauling manual 03 sets. (ii) Maintenance chart and manufacturer instruction shall be display on wooden board including catalogue board. (iii) Foundation for mounting of DG set shall be done as as per manufacturer design within overall cost quoted. Note :- Contractor shall be installed the DG set as per CPCB-IV/Latest approved on the quoted rate.

S&F change over switch 4 pole 250Amp 415 volt AC with sheet steel enclosure and with front handle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing double wall corrugated hdpe pipe 75mm outer dia as per IS 16205 with all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.
