Renewal of Transit hostel approach road in Km-1(70)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(22.4-53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Prassur distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD specification Clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to completion of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick compacted composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing by Mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level and grades as per MORD Specification Clause 508 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to completion of work

Providing and laying seal coat Type-C to sealing the voids in a bituminous surface with 6.7 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) to required laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per MORD Specification Clause 510 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to completion of work.
