Notes :- (i) Works needs to be executed at BSO yard as well as specified sites like HQTC area and CHAFB area. (ii) Contractor shall ensure availability of sufficient No of carpentors, polishers and workers at the work site as mentioned above as per the quantum of repairs to be carryied out as per during the contract period from the date of commencement till date of completion. A penalty of Rs 500/- per carpenter/polisher and 300/- per worker shall be imposed for non availability at work site for carrying out repairs of day to maintenance of furniture all as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Contractor quoted rates shall be deemed to include for above provisions and nothing extra is admissible on this account

Sofa Set 5 Seater (FD - 258/373/281) Removing the existing u/s seat foam cushion with tapestry cloth and S&F Foam cushion of 40 density of size 560 x 530 x 100mm all as specified and as directed at site.

Removing the existing u/s back foam cushion with tapestry cloth and S&F Foam cushion of 40 density of size 560 x 530 x 100mm all as specified and as directed at site.

S&F new tapestry cloth of approved quality, colour and pattern for covering seat and back foam of size 560 x 530 x 100mm stiched with necessary good quality zip for closing the cover complete all as specified and as directed at site. Note:Cost of tapestry cloth should not be less than 350/- per meter.

S&F Ist class teak wood leg of size 70 x 335 mm by removing the existing broken leg complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

S&F Ist class teak wood front rail of size 35 x 100 mm for 3 seater by removing the existing broken front rail complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

S&F Ist class teak wood side rail of size 35 x 100 mm by removing the existing broken side rail complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

S&F Ist class teak wood arms of size 35 x 70 mm by removing the existing broken arms complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

S&F Ist new 1st class teak wood battens of size 50 x 20 mm by removing the existing broken battens complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site. Sofa set 3 seater (FD - 281/373) M&L Melamine polish for Sofa set 3 seater of approved colour and shade with spray machine after smoothening and preparation of surface as per trade practice and standard workmanship including necessary preparation and complete removal of the old polished surfaces by sand papering and removing the stains and rectifying the cracks and dents with filling materials like glue, bees wax resin etc mixed with polish of any description, width or girth to achieve glossy finish of natural teak/wallnut finish or shade and finish as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE. The workmanship should be as per trade practice and standard workmanship.

The workmanship should be as per trade practice and standard workmanship.

Chair Dining with Cushion (FD/E6/MAP/10) Removing of the existing seat including 12mm thick commercial ply BWR and S&F new seat of 12mm thick BWR comm ply duly fixed with 75mm thick 40 density 480 x 400mm foam with best quality tapestry of approved shade and texture as per sample complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site. Note: Cost of tapestry should not be less than 350/- per meter.

S&F Ist class teak wood vertical strips of size 15 x 30mm by removing the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

S&F Ist class teak wood stiffners in the bottom of legs of size 20 x 25mm by removing the the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

S&F Ist class teak wood legs of size 35 x 40mm by removing the the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site. (Note for item No 21 to 23 :- Polishing required if any for item Nos 21 to 23 shall be measured and paid under item No 19 above.)
