Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type or any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. Including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain-link MS galvanised fencing mesh size 75mm x 75mm made with 3mm dia GI wire, any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 35mm thick providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies (measured solid) in 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4, including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pre-cast frame shall be measured separately & demolition will be measured with demolition of RCCwork.

M & L for Precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), balusters with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM(1:6) with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for RCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys bldgs height if required at site including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non abrasive paving (rectified endura) cement concrete coloured tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition/dismantling old surface/tiles complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in path/floor etc finished even and fair without using extra cement including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade rubber moulded glossy finish with grey cement and pigment complete all as secified and as directed. S & F in repair mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60mm thick in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel and iron surface of any description width or girth exc 10 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos/fibre cement/PVC sheet (corrugated,semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for 6 mm thick fibre cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheet in roofs fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Gap between wall and sheet to be filled in cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) & Cutting grooves 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep in stone/brick/concrete wall by mechanical cutter only ,shaping horizontal face of groove complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by bidder).

M & L for cutting down plants / trees of girth not exc 15 cm & surface are not exc 0.36 Sqm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine )and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-O or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified & work will be in carried out in patches as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes,drain,sewage,RCC pipe, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed. S&F in replacement Factory made Rectro reflective road sign comprising of plates of size 1500 x 900 mm fixed , one above the another made of 2 mm thick aluminum sheet duly framed in stainless steel 40mm bore pipe. The plates fixed with aluminum rivets and written on both side indicating the directions, alphabets, arrow, lines, diagrams etc on each sides with computerized cut letters and signs (reflective) as directed of appropriate size and white in colour and dennison HIP base green. Finally re-fixing blinds, curtains rod, fixtures, fittings etc (Note-Any damaged during work shall be replaced with new items without any extra cost to the govt. (h ) All straight, Raking, circular cutting & wastage etc of tiles & stone etc. (j ) Texture, colour, Shade, tint, make, laying to any pattern, design with one or more Texture, colour, Shade, tint, shall be approved by GE.
