Supply, installation and commissioning in repair LT out door loop in loop out terminal box with sloping canopy of size 600x600x450mm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 50x50x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cm height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 50x 6mm for three phase and neutral 300mm length of capacity 600 Amps suitable for 8 outgoings respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands and provision of one MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole, 415 Amps, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 25 KA as incomer with RYB Indicator, including taking down old terminal boxes complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to 25X4 mm galvanised iron strip as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts, nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Earthing value should be less than 5 ohms. (b) If desired value of earth resistance not achieved during testing, the earthing work shall be redone by the contractor at free of cost to achieve the desire value of earthing resistance. The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of the provision.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 10 Sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of 7 metre high hot dipped octagonal poles with 130mm bottom dia & 70mm top dia made up of 3mm thick HT Sheet alongwith base plate of size 200x200x12mm including foundation bolts & bracket of size M20x600mm EN 8 grade 'J" type foundation bolts and numbering of poles, in white paint over black painted back ground at a height of 1.5m from bottom of pole with 5cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide with etc including accessories as required complete all as specified and directed including dismantling existing pole.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 70/72 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP-66 protection, CCT 5700K, lumen efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP-66 protection, CCT 5700K, lumen efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aggregate for spreading / filling loose broken stone/boulders of 40mm to 80mm graded complete all as specified and directed.
