Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)
Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)
Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)
Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)
Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)
List of existing commitments and ongoing works
List of works for which tenders already submitted
Banker Details for reference
Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
List of Financial Resources with Certificates
Each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 Satisfactory completed, at least one similar road and drains work not less than Rs.271.00 Lakhs as prime contractor. (KPPP Portal Indent Numbers Should be mentioned in all submitted work done certificates for similar work done and Quantities.)
Each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 Executed in any one year (for a continuous period of 12 months) the following minimum quantities of 1) Earthwork including excavation, embankment 9150.00 cum 2)Cement Concrete (Plain, Reinforced) 1190.00 cum 3) Granular Sub-Base/Wet Mix Macadam/WBM 2240.00 cum 4)Reinforcement steel/structural steel 46 MT 5) BM/SDBC/BC/DBM 450.00 Cum 6) Interlocking Paver block / Cobble stone 3170 Sqm
Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.135.00 Lakhs (Unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc).
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is (AxNx1.5 - B) as per bid document
CLASS-II AND ABOVE REGISTERED LICENSE ISSUED BY PWD KARNATAKA
Availability by owning at least 50 Percent of the required key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50 Percent can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents Applicants shall indicate the make, year of manufacture, capacity and working conditions of each of the equipments along with RC issued by R.T.O. / Sale deed/purchase invoice, hire/lease agreements shall be furnished. 1. Excavator/front & backhoe loader- 2 Nos, 2. Tipper-4 Nos, 3.Self-loading concrete mixer/ concrete batching plant- 2/1 Nos,4. Mechanical Paver Finisher- 1 Nos, 5. Soil compactor/ Vibratory Roller- 1 Nos, 6. Hot Mix Plant/Batch mix Plant- 1 Nos(Refer Tender Documents)
To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 1084.00 Lakhs. (Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents.)
