Package No OR-20-646 (L067-Kadamguda to Tentapali) under PMGSY-IV Batch-I

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Earth work in all kinds soil or ordinary soil in embankment, roads with M.D.D. not less than 1.44gm/1.65gm per cc upto 3mtr high & top 0.5mtr below sub-grade level respectively with initial lead & lift from borrow pit 5m. away from the toe line of final section including rough dressing , breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.23m in depth etc. including removing all debrises & benching old embankment complete (As per item 2(d) of AR-2006 Page-3).

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in all types of soil as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305 and 1104 of MoRD includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead & lift, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with excavated suitable material upto 3mt. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all lead and lift and placing of turf in position and ramming with thapies and including watering and cost of all labour, materials etc. complete as per Clause 309 of MORD Specification and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and constructing well compacted drainage layer above the subgrade of roadwork with approved quality of dust free washed coarse to medium sand as per Clauses 5.8 and 6.6 of SP:20-2002.

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 800,1100,1200 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Construction of granular sub-base Gr-III by providing well graded material, spereading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification clause 401 and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mixer(pug Mill) , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel of 80-100kn roller to achive the desired density including lighting ,barricading and maintenance of diversion etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical specifications clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 for low porosity surface and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
