Returning, filling in excavated soil, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified .

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (Nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed..

M&L reinforced cement concrete RCC (Nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) including corbelling and arches if required complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on (External surface) fair faces of brick or concrete wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Grove in plaster shall be provided all as per shown in Drg No CEJZ/STD-232/07 sheet 1/1 (The rate of same is deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster (1:6) (Internal surface) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Grove in plaster shall be provided all as per shown in Drg No CEJZ/STD-232/07 sheet 1/1 (The rate of same is deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M &L for Mild steel work as in fencing posts, struts in fencing embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing chain link fencing etc) including all necessary drilling, nolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165. complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type weight less than 4.00 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or typing at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

Supply and fixing punched tape concertina coil 610mm dia made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.60 mm dia as per IS 4454 strip material (galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730) with angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 3.00 metre apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts on GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core 2.6mm dia wire minimum barb 9 mm width, loop spacing 250± 20mm, coil length 9 metre and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. . Note :-(i) The make of concertina coil & barbed wire shall be approved by GE conforming to the specifications before procurement. (ii) Mild steel angle (Y-Shape) shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing flattened concertina coil 1050mm dia made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.60mm dia as per IS 4454 strip material (galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730) fixing with chain link fencing in vertical surfaces fixed to angle iron post placed 3.00 apart and with 9 horizontal RBT, stud tied with G.I staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts , GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core (2.6mm dia) wire minimum barb 9mm width, loop spacing 250±20mm, coil length 9 metre and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) The make of concertina coil shall be got approved by GE conforming to the specifications before procurement. (ii) Mild steel angle iron post and Chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) exc 10 cm long and n.exc 15 cm long & 10mm dia with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed at the other each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M & L for Preparation of new wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick stone surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed heavy duty in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified.

M&L Mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends, bending and securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in kerbs, coping, mud stops, bed plate chamfered or rounded on edges angles including necessary form work complete all as specified

M&L for Security Tower, base made of framed work angles or other sections of size as shown in drawing, frame having four wheels with towing/maneuverability arrangement at one end. At a height of 2700mm from ground level, this base floor shall be made of 2.00mm thick sheet of size 1500mmx 1500mm supported by 50x50x5mm MS angle assembled with gusset plats, nut and bolts/welding etc. The roof of tower is made of 0.50mm thick PPGI sheet supported on MS pipe 32x32mm purlins and trusses as shown in drg. Side cover is made of sentry cabin is made of horizontal MS pipe runners and plain Sheets upto a ht of 1500mm. Mob frame at the base of security tower:- The base frame 3000x3000mm shall be of U-channel 125mmx62mm the base frame shall have 02x Nos axle made of 62mmx square MS bar fitted with 04 Nos hub with wheel tyre size 600x16-04 Nos (Make: MRF/Ceat/Apollo) the front of base should be fitted with toe hook 150mm dia and 600mm long made of MS rod 50mm thick. The base frame should be fitted with 04 Nos jack to rest the tyres. The jack should be made of MS pipe 50mm and 62mm predrilled holes with chain and pin. Framed work for sentry post:- framed work for sentry post shall be U-channel MS 75mmx37mm MS angles and othe sections with gusset plates, braces etc. Base floor of post shall be made of MS angle of size 50x50x600 and 2.00mm thick MS sheet 0.50mm thick PPGI sheets in roof are supported on framed truss and purlins of MS pipe of have to be welded/bolted each other with main post including providing necessary holes, gusset plates welding and other means of fixing Steel for structural purpose shall be of grade Fe-500, IS-2062-1999.

PPGI Sheet:- 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) corrugated mild sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275,0.50mm thick plain sheet shall be fixed with self tapping screws as in ridge and side covering upto a ht of 1500mm all as shown in drg. Steel ladder:- A steel ladder made of MS tube, etc having 3900mm and 500mm width is assembled by means of welding/bolting process as per drg att. Sand Bags: The HDPE sand bags filled with fine sand shall be stacked upto height of 1.20mtr from base keeping a acess of 0.90 mtr to entre on one side Finishes:- Two coats of anti-corrosion synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide to be applied on steel surfaces, single coat of black coal tar shall be applied on the surfaces of columns embedded in concrete Make:- Asian/Berger.

M & L in replacement Pre stressed concerete pole 9 mtr long of cross section of 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10 complying with requirement of IS-1678-1978 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic paint in black & white step each upto 1.5 mtr high from coping over a coat of primer including numbering of poles as directed. Note:- (i) Exavation and foundation will be paid and measure separetly.

Supply and laying of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 16 Sq mm 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench/along pole etc . Note : 1. The cost of Aluminium thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, DWC protection pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.
