Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n exc 1 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pressed steel frames of size 105mmx60mm for doors with one or more rebates fabricated out of 1.25mm thick mild steel sheets including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges (100mm medium weight-03 Nos), lock strike plate with and including filling of hollow portion in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and making good the existing surface in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 05 above but size of frame 125mmx60mm for doors.

S&F for 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton door shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to received glass/gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded and mitred , beads for securing glass etc the size of member of shutter as specified in SSR part-I clause 8.23(b) and fitted to chowkahts incl stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube incl taking down old frame any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be convered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvant cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert of top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and raials with suitabale PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvant cement, fixing in the frame at side as per specification and drawing incl 3Nos- 100mm Aluminium hinges for each shutter complete all as specified and directed .

S&F factory made steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete without glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made box type steel windows, 16 gauge steel section for frames & shutters, as per TD drawing No.219, sheet 01/03 to 03/03, using ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for glazed and gauged skelton shutters jointed internally with flat iron 40X4 mm complete including grill of 10 mm square bar, fixed horizontally @ 10 cm centre to centre, pintel hinges 75 mm long 12 mm dia, 100 mm long handle, 150 mm long tower bolts, lugs etc. with/ without cooler provision, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) For purpose of measurement and payment double shutter with frame including square grill shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately in respective of item. (iii) Item includes cost of double shutter of gauged and glazed shutter with square bar grill.

M&L for providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 59-60 (Suspension Grade) ,calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity indexof 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900N (Edge),minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2,modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flames of class A category with property of being termite /borer proof,water /moisture proof and fire retardant fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screw, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made solid panel PVC sketlton door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with. heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and Single Side Prelam PVC sheet used and stile & rails having one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm 900 bent edge for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm quality or description from steel frame complete all as specified and directed.
