Dismantling of old ductable/Package AC units (4 TR/ 5 TR/5.5TR/7.5TR/ 8.5TR/ 8.75TR/11TR) with the help of chain pully block & heavy labour etc as required.

Lifting & shifting of A.C Units with the help of heavy labour & chain pully block from ground floor to the floor where the A C plant room is situated complete as reqd.

Shifting of dismantled AC Unit along with all accessories to another site under jurisdiction of EE(E) HN with the help of heavy labour and chainpully, transportation etc. as reqd.

Providing and making drain arrngement for AC units with following pipes i/c Tee, Union, Socket & elbow etc as required. a) 25 mm dia medium class PVC pipe

b) 38 mm dia medium class PVC pipe

Supply & fixing of site fabricated rectangular type G.I. sheet metal ducting i/c air mixing, air distribution system, complete thickness gauge i/c nut bolts & gasket etc. as required. a) 24 gauge G.I. Sheet

b) 22 gauge G.I. Sheet

c) Canvass connection with fire ressistance coth complete as reqd.

Pdg. & installing following size copper pipe including cutting bending, jointing, brazing etc as reqd. for hot and liquid refrigerant line complete as reqd. a) 6/8"

Providing and fixing of 6mm thick cross linked polyethylene insulation for drain / copper piping in order to protect it from air borne impurities complete as reqd. as per site location.

Supplying and fixing of PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE insulated copper conductor cables of 1.1KV grade of following sizes on the existing M.S. trays/walls with saddles, screws etc and end terminations of cables with glands etc. as required. a) 4 x 6 Sq.mm copper armoured cable

b) 4 x 10 Sq.mm copper armoured cable

c) 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor flexible cable

Minor civil works such as making opening in brick wall/RCC walls/slabs for AC units for refrigerant piping, ducting, cabling as per site requirement, making good the same for sealing the opening after associate work complete as required.

Supplying, Laying & fixing of 8 SWG GI earthing wire on the existing surface/recess for loop earthing with main power cable complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of synthetic fibre media washable filters with frame ( Efficiency 90% down to 20 microns ) for 5.0 TR to 11.0 TR )

Less credit for dismantled material and dismantled material shall be the property of contractor.
