Taking down dynamo 12 volt from the existing position, dismantling the same and repairing by turning of commutator replacing the armature, carbon brush varnishing the coil reassembling the parts and refixing in position testing and commissioning complete all as specified

M&L for repairs of battery charging unit including replacement of non functional step down transformer, its electrical connections, relays, terminal connections etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint colour as approved by EIC, after cleaning dust dirt, oil and grease etc (Painting shall be carried out at site)

M&L for preparing old metal surface by cleaning, removing old paint by paint remover/scrappers for any width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting (second coat shall be applied at the interval of one day) of colour as directed by EIC etc. complete all as specified for DG Set 20 KVA Capacity

S&F PVC insulated multistranded copper wire lead for connecting battery of size 25 Sqmm complete all as directed

Supply only distilled water for batteries complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Removal of excavated materials n.exec 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exec 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated hard/soft in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site

Supply and spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the UG Cable in trenches (Note : Punning thickness shall be measured)

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for ducting and for finding of the cable fault in LT underground cable and returning filling (including reusing old bricks and sand) the same after rectification of the cable fault in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply, Installed & fix maintenance free earthing copper bonded steel earth rod of 10 feet long having diameter of 17.2mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 micron,UL listed,CPRI Tested at 25 KA fault current for one second and is provided with universal clamp made of SS earth enhancing compound shall be of 30kg/pit(resistivity is less than 0.12 Ohm meter) tested as per IEC 62561-7.The bove arrangements shall be provided with heavy duty earth poly plastic pit cover of 6000 kg load bearing capacity (Size:270 x 40 200mm) complete, using Copper earth Strip 25 X 4 mm connected to earth rod at one end by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT all as specified and directed. Note :- On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance (i.e. less than five Ohm) is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Taking down defective 25/36/40/45/60/250 Watt LED light fitting/SV/MH fittings, street light fitting mounted on pole/bldg on bracket disconnecting, testing all components, dismantling of defective components such as choke, igniters, holders, capacitors, and providing PVC cable for wiring lamps, including cleaning of cover, connection with supply and testing the street light fitting after fixing new components and including trimming of branch if obstacle for lights to illuminate the area and then mounting to its original position and making the fitting functional all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note- If any street light/ Flood light found US the same has been replaced by contractor and measure the same under supply only item of respective Schedule.)

Taking down defective 90/120 Watt led fitting mounted on 11 mtr long Semi high mast consisting of LED flood light fittings (Approx 4 to 6 Nos), street light fitting, mounted on 11/13mtr long high mast pole on bracket/ round ring, disconnecting, testing all components, dismantling of defective components such as driver of LEDs and cleaning of cover, connection with supply and testing the street light fitting after fixing new components and then mounting to its original position and making the fitting functional all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge at site. (Note- If any street light/ Flood light found US the same has been replaced by contractor and measure the same under supply only item of respective Schedule.)

Taking down defective 250/400 Watt LED light fitting/SV/MH light fittings, High mast light fitting through motorised /manual system, mounted on 21 mtr long high mast pole on bracket/ round ring, disconnecting, testing all components, dismantling of defective components such as choke, igniters, holders, capacitors, and providing new PVC cable for wiring lamps, including cleaning of cover, connection with supply and testing the street light fitting after fixing new components and then mounting to its original position and making the fitting functional all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge at site.(Note- If any street light/ Flood light found US the same has been replaced by contractor and measure the same under supply only item of respective Schedule.)

Note for item No-50 to 53: (i) No T&P will be issued by the Department. (ii) Rates quoted by contractor will include cost of the starter, bipin holder, pvc wire, capacitors, required for maintenance of Street Lights for TL fitting/HPSV fitting. (iii) Rates also include repairing of defective street light timers, fault in street light feeders etc (iv) During whole period of currency of contract any fitting will not be considered for more than once for the payment purposes.(v) Spares such as choke, igniters, driver of LEDs, lamps, holders (supplied by contractor) shall be paid and measured separately under appropriate items.

Dismantling carefully vertical turbine, centrifugal, submersible electric motor three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1460 RPM of any make and model from site of installation, transporting the same to workshop, removing all burnt / worn out coils, cleaning of stator slots, insertion of insulating paper in the slots of appropriate size and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire ISI marked with existing size, applying two coats of insulating varnish including all winding materials, transporting back the same and reinstallation of the 50 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of submersible motor 3 phase 25 HP cap with PVC insulated copper conductor cable of appropriate size alongwith necessary packing and winding material with and including taking out burnt winding complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 10 mm thick mild steel flanged duly drilled to be fixed to 100/ 125/150 mm bore existing mild steel column pipe with and incl cutting threading and welding of three Nos 150 mm long 40x6 mm flat iron pieces one side with flanged and other side with column pipe complete all as spd and as directed

Turning / cutting of existing cover bearing seat of motors of capacity 10 to 30 HP of any make/ model and fixing of cast iron sleeve of appropriate size in motor cover to make bearing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in replacement of oil seal suitable for 10 to 30 HP capacity electric motor of any make / model complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for re-metaling of motor rotor shaft by means of electric welding and turning to required size of bearing fixed in position 10 to 30 HP motor of any make / model complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in replacement ratchet assembly suitable for upto 50 HP capacity electric motor complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling, servicing and maintenance of booster pumping set multistage, 1400 RPM, 0.5 HP capacity for chloronome plant including replacement of all defective spare part complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.60mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in Steel over head tank wall cladding , bases of water tank and similar work, cut to size and sheeting is welded to frame/Existing sheet of Existing tank without dismentling of old sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out and repairing the existing PPR pipe lines any size including with new fitting and necessary items

Note: (i) Exacavation shall measured & paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The items required to replace shall be measured & paid seperately under relaevant items of Schedule iii) Contractor is fully responsible to provide necessary, transportaion, T&P and safty equipment to his Plumber & helper to prevent any type of accidents and department will not responsible to provide any type of compensation to the contractor or his labour in case of any type of accidents / miss-happening or any type of casualty to his labour / plumber. iv) In case any maintenance / complaint informed to the contractor by means of telephonic or verbal or on complaint slip and not been rectified within 48 hours then contractor is penalised of Rs 500 per complaint per day and the same penalty will be recovered from his RAR. v) Contractor or his representative will report to the concered JE E/M daily in the morning at 9.30 AM and collect the complaint and same will deposite back to his office after rectification, duly obtaining the signature of concern user / occupant of affected accn or area on same day.
