Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c, etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

For foundation and basement
Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick mixed the Fibre modified compound using the Fosroc Nito Bond SBR or equivelent branded 2% by weight of cement used including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick using fine M sand and mixing the Fibre modified compound using the Fosroc Nito Bond SBR or equivelent branded 2% by weight of cement including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Renewing the old damaged, M.S Vertical post with newone of supplying and fixing the MS pipe 50 mm x 50mm square hallow box section (4.98 kg/m) of approved quality and make including cutting the MS pipe of required length and removing the Bend welding with 10 guage electrode grinding smoothy and conveying the post to the site and erecting the same with necessary scaffolding materials Bolts, nuts including two coats primer coat etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site work.
Renewing the damaged View Breaker with new one of Wood Design Plank & Boards by Ecopro Shera plank of size 2440mm x 150mm x 8mm thickness over the MS Box Section by bolt and nuts with necessary arrangements , including labour for fabrication , labour for pretty iron works etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site work.
Supplying and laying of Rubber moulded Hydraulic Pressed paver block 60mm thick over a base layer of crushed stone sand filling including cost of materials laying and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site work.
Supplying, erecting , manufacturing and fixing the tensile roof structure using the steel structure and membrane shall be 2 KN / m in both warp and minimum 950 GSM. The structure is to be tensioned after erection to maintain a smooth surface to minimum of 10% specefied as priested levels. The complete steel structure will be 76mm dia circular pipes for truss and 80 x 40mm MS rectangular section purlin, with thickness with necessary bolts, nuts wire rope, corner plate finished with two coats of Epoxy primer, two caots of Epoxy paint and approved colour, the memberane fabric patterned with high frequency ferrari 902 Fabrics and welding rigidly and fixing the necessary special aluminium extrusions at the end of the roof truss and special screws etc and finally finishing the surface neatly as directed by the departmental officers. Etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).
Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint on cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work
Supplying erecting and fixing precast concrete reinforced bench with rest bench of seating size 1500mm x 420mm shall consist of 2 Nos, L shaped base support in natural cement colour of thickness 10mm back height 1000mm, front height 450mm, base width 620mm and 5 Nos reinforced concrete planks in red colour and size 1500 x 100x 50mm and 1 No reinforced concrete planks of 150 x 200 x 50mm manufactured by using M-30 grade concrete & Reinforced suitably all parts to be joined with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size etc.
Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS 1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5
Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13 cu.m of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cu.m of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cu.m of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
