Dismantling and taking down of unserviceable light fittings of any size and any type and removing of dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out from high mast pole, electric motor 0.75 HP, 240 volts, 1φ, 870/900 RPM, dismantling of motor and removing old burnt windings and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge incl all insulating materials, cotton tapes, PVC sleeves, varnishing & drying, replacing ball bearing as per existing size, assembling the motor, refixing at original site, making all connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair new generation energy saving LED security/ street light fitting 35 Watt confirming of Luminous output ≤ 100 lumen/watt, 230 Volt AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 03 above but of capacity 60 Watt.

S&F in repair 50 Watt energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, LED flood light luminaire confirming luminous output ≥ 100 lumen/ watt with IP-66 degree of protection, in repair/replacement of old unserviceable flood light fittings of any type & 50W capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair/replacement Antique Bollard Light fittings including 9 Watt integrated LED board or with LED bulb (confirming of luminous output ≥ 100 lumen/watt) alongwith B-22 brass holder, die cast aluminium housing with corrosion resitant finish, IP-65 protection, 120-300 V AC, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- C.G Cat Part LBLA1-10-CDL or equivalent in Surya/ Bajaj / Havells/ Phillips.

S&F in repair/replacement Pathway Light 45W confirming of luminous output ≥ 100 lumen/watt, die cast aluminium grey powder coated housing, polycarbonate opal diffuser, 140-280 V AC, 50 Hz, suitable for 60mm dia OD pipe with locking arrangement, IP-65 protection, SPD of 5 kV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Bajaj Cat Part No. BGCTN 45W LED WW/WH or equivalent in approved makes.

Supply and fixing in repair decorative globe light fitting suitable for B-22 brass holder type LED Bulb of specified colour including 9/10 watt LED lamp for fixing with GI pipe of 40 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of outdoor decorative gate/pillar light fitting with metal frame suitable & including B-22 brass holder, 40W GLS or 9/10 watt LED lamp confirming of luminous output ≥ 100 lumen/watt of desired colour including GI pipe of 32/40 mm dia, PVC rigid conduit pipes, wiring connection with IP-65 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling old unsv solar light including pole, battery etc. and supply, install, testing & commissioning of semi-integrated solar lighting system of capacity 20W confirming of luminous output ≥ 100 lumen/watt, LFP battery, 6m long GI tubular pole, LED luminaire, MPPT, dimming option, poly crystalline panel of appropriate capacity, luminaire arm, module mounting structure incl PCC foundation of pole as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F multistranded round flexible copper cable PVC insulated sheathed 1100 Volts grade of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel SS 304 pipe posts made out of 50mm dia SS pipe with OD of 60mm including welding of base plate at bottom, grinding, polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation block of light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4, 20mm graded aggregate as in coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/replacement of old unserviceable of polycarbonate cable junction box of size 300X200X105mm with complete three phase and neurtral brass terminal with connecting clamps, nuts, screws etc. with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/repalcement of old unserviceable of single phase automatic Street light switch (NATURE SWITCH) of rating 3-5 KW using infrared sensor for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural outdoor light including sensor with suitable rating power contractors, incoming-outgoing MCBs & terminals fixed in dust/vermin proof enclosure made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate material (electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP-66 protection class 2) supported with clamps & suitable for pole/ wall mounting protected against weather influences complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

S&F in repair/replacement of old unserviceable of three phase automatic Street light switch (NATURE SWITCH) of rating 12-18 KW using infrared sensor for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural outdoor light including sensor with suitable rating power contractors, incoming-outgoing MCBs & terminals fixed in dust/vermin proof enclosure made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate material (electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP-66 protection class 2) supported with clamps & suitable for pole/ wall mounting protected against weather influences complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M & L swaged steel tubular galvanized pole type 410 SP-55, 11m long with complete base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair ring type bracket made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe with minimum dia of ring 1.00 m and provision for fixing 04 Nos flood lights, with top cap mounting on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after. Note:- Compacted thickness of coarse sand shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying well burnt sub-class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of unserviciable old UG Cable of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in repair/replacement of old unserviceable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / duct / on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc. complete all as specified & of following cross sectional area :-
