Labour for dismantling of Top Cover with gaskets including OLTC cover and Replacement of Top cover gaskets, OLTC gaskets, Radiator, Butterfly valve inner Gaskets and all other gaskets, which are not normally covered under dismantling and re-erection, gaskets changing and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate & all other dismantled accessories and complete tightening works as directed by the Field Engineer. All the required Gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by Contractor.10 MVA Power Transformer

Labour charges for Hot oil Circulation of oil of Transformer and OLTC under vacuum drying when ever applicable/ necessary to the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning as directed by Field Engineer. The fillter will be provided by contractor.Oil circulation required only in Main tank -Upto 5,000 Litres
