Attending day to day external security lights,Perimeter lights,Solar lights,Bollard lights,flood lights,High Mast lights,dispersal lights, Sankalp smark LED decorative lights complaints (street lights/High Mast light fitted on poles / buildgs at height upto 20M from ground level), Repair / replacement of unserviceable accessories like LED drivers, PCB,SPD etc nuts, bolts, clamps etc incl sundays and holidays incl all required tools, ladders and other incidential operation requirements for execution of maint work all complete as specifed and directed. Note : (i) All the fittings of LED /solar street lights/High Mast light/flood light etc will be cleaned. The rate for which shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rate. (ii) Cost of spares and accessories will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule (iii) Cost for taking down and re-fixing new spare parts shall be included in the unit rate qouted. Attending breakdown for LT Panels/ LT Cables/MCCB/Changeover Switch to check and locate / detect fault related to breakdown complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) Spares will be measured and paid separately under relavant items. (b) The break down complaint should be attended within 2 hours with the intimation of Engr-in-charge or concern JE E/M by telephonically / verbally. (c) Not attended of complaint within tow hours will lead to recovery from subsequent payment in the following manner :- (i) Not attending within 2 to 4 Hours - Rs. 1000.00 (ii) Not attending within 4 to 6 Hours- Rs. 1500.00 plus the expenditure incurred for rectification of the same by any other means.
