Third party consultant firm/individual consultant with requisite technical expertise, knowledge and experience in remediation and reclamation works as the “Independent Assessment Agency” (IAA) to assists the M.C. Karnal in supervising the O&M of the processing facility and the support the M.C. Karnal to monitor compliance with the KPIs in accordance with Model RFP, as per SWM Rules 2016 and guidelines issued by competent authority time to time, which may be seen in office hours at MC Karnal.
