Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning including spreading in layers and rolled consolidated to required thickness for receiving precast PCC interlocking blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded aggregate),in floor finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finish the cement concrete surfaces even and fair incl filling the joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar with all quinces the cleanly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with modular fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5 m graded stone aggregate )as in coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm stone aggregate graded aggregate) as in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate the demolition and removing the rubish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction finished even and fair all as directed (only WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over and incl a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails ,braces, etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering ,Doors etc .to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging doors fittings (exclusive of steel covering running rails and guides ) and hanging also fastening and fixing including pintels complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised two strand barbed wire, 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as item No 23 above but fixed in repairs including restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS Galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for angle iron / flat iron for fixing chain link or hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and clountersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc wid ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Fe-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint and incl over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild screw bolts 11 to 15 mm diameter of neck shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc. 5cm but n.exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in precast cement concrete for drain cover, cover slab etc and set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars10 mm dia and over.as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 43,400.00.
