Notes: (a) The work for Sr item No. 1.1 to 14 shall be executed directly by company or their authorized applicator. Application shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by company in writing. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material all labours, tools and plants scaffolding and working as per site condition (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working at height etc as per site requirement & as directed by Engineer in charge shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates. (d) On completion of the work Executing Agency will provide Structural Stability Certificate and guarranty for NO leakage/Seepage for minimum 10 years from the date of physical completion of the work . (e) Consumption of materials/covering capacity as specified in BOQ shall be compulsory however if any extra consumption as per site required on plus side shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates without any extra cost to the state. (f) Manufacturer validity approved by E-in-C upto Dec 2021 shall be only considered before approval of product by the GE (g) Interconnection of sump and booster pump shall be provided by the contractor during execution of work without any extra cost.

M&L for filling blow holes and repair the cracks using cementitious crack sealer (thixotropic, solvent free, three component compound based on epoxy resins). Cracks should be opened and filled in v-groove manner.Sealer should have density of 1.64-1.68 gm/cc , comprehensive strenghth @7 days -50 N/mm2 complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for application of Water based acrylic polymer primer cum sealer coating on prepared/dry surface having high performance copolymer emulsion, formulated to achieve specific performance characteristics that shall dry to a transparent finish and supplied as a single component white liquid to exposed concrete or masonry surface after proper surface preparation,cleaning of dust,dirt etc. The system shall form a film and shall have excellent water retention after film formation. It shall have coverage @8-10 sqm/lit/coat on prepared surface complete all as specified and directed. M&L for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1kg/Sqm (MS Wire shall be not less than 3mm dia & size of mesh not more than 50mm x 50mmm) fixedon the prepared surface which should be cleaned from dirt, fungus and all foreign material complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying MuCis protezione - Cementitious corrosion inhibiting primer, over steel surfaces, after proper surface preparation, cleaning & removing rust completely etc. complete as per manufacturer's and specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The product MuCis protezione should have Mixed density of 2.01-2.05, Adhesive bond strength - 1N/mm², touch drying time of 10-15 minutes at 35 Degree Celcius and recoatable time 30 minutes . Coating to be applied in two coats @ 1-2mm thickness in two coats, coverage @ 2 Kg/sqm for 1 mm thickness. M&L for Scrapping /scrubbing to surfaces, with hammering/ chiseling of deterioted surfaces of tank/sump at any height using electric/mechanical means, hand brush, blower, etc as recommended by the Manufacturer and disposal of all unserviceable materials complete up to a distance n. exc. 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the surfaces i.e.cleaning as directed to remove loose rust/scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars etc.& provision of application of rust remover after cleaning as directed to remove loose rust/scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars and application of rust remover that shall be single component alkaline based material with corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents and supplied as a clear brown solution including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note: The product shall have specific Gravity of 1.2-1.22 @ 25oC. The pH value shall be 9.5-10. M&L for providing and applying two coats of anti-carbonation coating with water based aliphatic acrylate anticarbonation, protective and decorative coating as per Manufacturere's instructions and as specified and directed. Note: 1. The coating to be applied on wall shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for wall, based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. 2. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively. It shall have excellent crack bridging ability and shall bridge cracks up to 2 mm width. The elongation at break is approx. 220 %. The tensile strength is 0.7 Mpa. It has a hardness shore ‘A’ scale of 80, with an adhesion strength of 3.4 Mpa. The coating is UV resistant, algae and fungus resistant, and has a water vapor permeability of 40 gm/m²/day and a crack bridging ability of 1-2 mm. The coating must be applied with temperature above 5°C and below 45°C. The coating shall be applied in two coats by roller or brush application at the interval of 4-6 hours and allow applied coating to dry or cure for 7 days. complete all as specified and directed. 3. M&L for applying two coats of epoxy resin coating having overall thickness 100 microns for two coats on the water retaining portion of the tank / sump.The coating should be applied on prepared and cured surfaces after removing loose dust, dirt etc, and mixing the materials using slow speed electric drill.The coating should be applied in two coats @ thickness of 100 microns. It should be applied with a suitable stiff nylon type brush. It shall have covering capacity of 10 Sqm/Litre/Coat @50 micron complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for providing and applying HighStrentgh Micro Concrete which is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical aditives which impart controlled expansion and should be ready to use and can fill convoluted voids, compensates shrinkage at both plastic and Hardened states including pouring of ready mixture into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for and after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the poured mixture and existing concrete substrate etc including all tools and tackles complete as per Manufacturer's instructions or all as specified and directed . Note: 1. Minimum thickness to be used is 50mm with addition of 10mm graded aggregates of 25% of the weight of Micro Concrete, ready to use powder with water/Powder ratio of 0.18. Strength of 1 day to be 20N/mm2. Time of expansion to start after 20min of mixing and finish in 120 min of mixing. Epoxy bonding agent having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr having compressive strength (BS-6319 PT 3)-25 Mpa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM C 881)-11 N/mm2 at 7 days, having an over lay time of 3 hrs at 30°C. BS-66 MuCis shall be mixed with cement as per manufacturer's instructions and covering capacity of TM Bond EP shall be .20Litre / Sqm. 2. M&L for providing and applying the treated surface with a 25 mm thick single component, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar mixed with cement & sand on the entire surface using the mortar sprayer complete as per Manufacturere's instructions and as specified and directed. Note: 1. The material shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 15 MPa in 1 day and 45 MPa in 28 days. It shall also develop a flexural strength of not less than 7 MPa and an Elastic Modulus of minimum 25-28 kN/mm2. It shall not bleed / segregate on adding water and shall provide dual shrinkage compensation i.e – both plastic & hardened. It shall be capable of being applied in thicknesses of 30 mm without sagging or falling and shall have minimum adhesive bond strength of 2 MPa.Cement and sand can be used for finishing purpose. All cementitious systems have to be cured for a minimum period of 15 days by water curing. 2. The covering capacity of polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar shall be 10kg/Sqm @ 10MM thickness or as per manufacturer's instructions as directed. M&L for drilling hole in RCC structures using drilling machine up to a depth of 150mm or as per site requirement with 18 mm dia bit, removing dust,etc by vacuum cleaner and blowers,providing and fixing of heavy grade nipple 15 mm dia,100 mm long for injection grouting using grouting polymer having low viscosity, high molecular weight, thermosetting to reach very deep pores, voids, cracks and honeycomb in the concrete, specific gravity of which shall be 0.95, pH of 2-4,viscosity of 20-25 sec by B/4 ford cup and having curing time of 30-90 minutes in all area by suitable gun/pump at required pressure (100 bar to 150 Bar, including cutting of nipples after curing etc and sealing the nozzles with epoxy putty and preparing the surface to match with the existing surfaces all as directed. Recoatable time 24 hrs after finishing in line and level with existing concrete surface etc. complete all as specified and directed. M&L for plastering 10mm thick as protecting coat on waterproofed surface using Fiber Reinforced Polymer Modified Repair Mortar complete as per Manufacturer's instructions or all as specified and directed . Note: 1. The product shall be a single component thixotropic fiber reinforced polymer modified repair mortar needing only addition of water at site which can be applied by trowel. Cement, sand can be used for finishing purpose. The product shall be reinforced with specially designed bean shaped, alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking. It is recommended for repair situations requiring application of mortar up to 10 mm thickness in one layer. The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 11 MPa in 1 day & 30 MPa in 28 days and a minimum flexural strength of 6 MPa @ 7 days. It shall have a tensile strength of minimum 2 MPa. It shall have a minimum bond strength of 2 MPa. 2. The covering capacity of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Modified Repair Mortar shall be @ 15Kg/Sqm @ 10mm thickness of plaster. M & L for providing and applying high solids resin based pigmented concrete compound. It forms a continuous membrane that controls hydration for strong and durable concrete,complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. It should have specific gravity of 1.02 and complies with the internationally recognized ASTM C309-90 standards 2. It can be applied by brush or can be sprayed, If sprayed the nozzle of the spray should be held approximately 450mm from the concrete surface and should be passed back and forth to ensure complete and even coverage. Use and waste of Formwork rough finished curved surface of concrete to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing any type of trees/vegetations with roots from wall, roof slab, over head tank portions, shafts, rain water pipe portions etc, and applying suitable chemical to the affected area to arrest further growth and making good damaged portions with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Safety precautions like rope, safety belts, helmets , ladder etc shall be responsibility of contractor/Any other manufaturer approved by E-in-C’s Branch

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
