M&L for descaling of condenser (up to 18 TR) with dilute sulphuric acid solution (as per OEM manufacturers specification) by using decaling pump for circulation of solution and brushing with nylon brush by opening both side covers and cleaning/flushing out the dirt, sludge with water up to satisfaction of Engr in charge and re-fixing the side cover with new gasket, replacement of worn out nut, bolts & washers and leak detection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for decaling of condenser (24 to 100 TR) with dilute sulphuric acid solution (as per OEM manufacturers specification) by using decaling pump for circulation of solution and brushing with nylon brush by opening both side covers and cleaning/flushing out the dirt, sludge with water up to satisfaction of Engr in charge and re-fixing the side cover with new gasket, replacement of worn out nut, bolts & washers and leak detection complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unsv V belts with new V belts ISI marked of compressor & AHU as per existing size & type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of compressor by disconnecting /detaching from motor after pump down the system and taking out the parts after strip opening of compressor (Make: ACCEL, 4x65L 18 TR ) Cleaning the parts of compressor & segregation of serviceable/unserviceable parts, keeping serviceable parts aside for reuse and replacing the worn out parts (taken as supply only), turning, lathe work on crank shaft if required, Reassembling the complete compressor parts, including checking leak test by using nitrogen pressure test at suitable pressure, vacuumed the compressor by using vacuum pump & filling oil and charging of gas R-22, testing and commissioning of complete system as per OEM specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
