SOLING: Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 20 cm thick dry rubble soling.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position 1 :3:6 Plain cement concrete using graced stone aggregate of 20mm / 40mm max. size including consolidation using vibrator & needle if required finishing, curing, form work shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification and in quantity as & when required by the Engineer-in-Charge,

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. 600 mm dia RCC pipes. (Laying by manual/ machanical means)

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. 300 mm dia RCC pipes. (Laying by manual/ machanical means)

Providing & laying heavy duty Precast RCC (1:1.5:3) cover of size 90 cm x 55 cm x 6.50 cm thick including M S angle frame of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm thk generally including labour, material & testing etc. complete.

Applying 15 mm cement plaster with 1:6 cement mortar including labour, racking out joints, hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding, curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Watering and compaction for levelling and rolling in laying of Paver block work & laying of storm water drain etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of Labour for filling of sand available from TMC Plots Donvat at appropriate location & cleaning of site / material handling. Qty of Labours 04 Nos per day. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disposal of rubbish obtained from demolishing of CC flooring by mechanical means i/c loading transport upto 2km lead and unloading.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: At all levels including supplying cutting fabricating welding or blotting erecting and fixing in position including painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer, including cost of materials labour with chasing in wall or embedding in floor and making good the same by filling 1:2:4 cement concrete and plastering if necessary all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
