Excavation for the following depth below ground level for laying sewer line, manholes (Gully pits), chambers sumps etc in oridinary soil (Earth, sand loam and clay) including cutting or joints pits trimming desing levelling of trenches and refilling if trenches in 20cm layer watering and ramming the same including removed of surplus earth or other dismantelied material upto the distance of 50M from the center of the trenches

Providing and fixing open timbering (covering 1/3 of surface area by planks) in trenches for depth upto 3.00 m below ground level consisting of 40.00 mm thick approved country wood planks for polling boards, 125mmx75mm indian sal wood wallers and 100mm dia eucalyptus ballies for strut at 1.50 m c/c including removal after laying of sewer (both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the pupose of payments and measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trench). Dismantled timbering materials will be property of the contractor.
Carting of following dia R.C.C. S&S pipes (NP3 class) and specials from store to the site of work, lowering the same into trenches in depths upto 1.50m below ground level true to alignment, caulking the joints with necessary spun yarn soaked in bitumen, and jointing with 1:2 cement mortar in coarse sand including excavation of earth below invert level of pipe, cost of all jointing materials, testing etc. complete but excluding excavation and refilling of trenches from ground level to the invert level of pipes.

Construction of shaft for regulation of depth as per above item including earth work in excavation & rifilling the same , class-150 brick work in 1:6, including cartage and fixing of foot rest in concrete in 1:2:4 including cost of all materials.,labour & T&p etc complete.

Supply of C.I. Double Orifice Kinetic Air Valve IS:14845 type DK Rubber Float and 80 mm Orifice Flanged Type.

Making rubber ring flanged joints (using CI Detachable Joint/Mechanical Collar Joint) in all class C.I.D.I., A.C. or PVC Pipe and C.I. plain ended specials including testing etc. complete (excluding cost of CI Detachable Joint with rubber ring and bolts and nuts and trenching).
Supply of C.I. Fire Hydrant as Per IS:909 complete with Duck foot bend sluice valve rised coupling and cap with chain and nut bolts rubber packing etc.

Rate including excavation of earth, supply of all materials, labour and T&P. For air valve chamber perforated slab shall be fixed on brick work chamber.

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x60 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box size 250x150x100 mm (100mm top diameter, 150 mm bottom diameter and 250 mm deep) with chained lid and 150 mm thick RCC top slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, 100 mm thick base concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded brick ballast 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete including fixing of pipe (but excluding cost of pipe but including cost of C.I. surface box) in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Making water connection of 20 mm dia in existing distrubution branch with P.V.C. mains by providing & fixing of ferrule, MS clamp, bend, union etc. including supply of materials, labour T & P etc. including cutting treeding the pipe complete.
Providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl cholride (CPVC) 20mm dia pipes having thermal stavility for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass treaded fitting. The includes joints of pipes & fitting with one step CPVC solvent cement trenching reffiling & testing of joints complete and also including earth work in excavation as per direction of E/I. (Sl. No.18.9.3)
Making connection existing trunk water line to branch line including supply of D.I.fitting Tee, D-joint, rubber packing and earth work, dewatering complete as per direction by E/I.
PCC 1:2:4 for thruss block in end point of tee. PVC line including supply of all material, labour T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.
DRAIN
Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation and pipes. Cable etc, in ordinary soil loam, clay or Sand including lift up to 1.50mtr lead up to 50 mtr and dressinmg of sides ramming of bottoms and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the E/I with in lead of 50mtr (S.I.No. 251 A)
Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 C sand (FM 2.2 to 3.6): 12 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal sixe) and curing complete including cost of from work in foundation and floors.
Class - 150 brick in 1:6 cement and C, sand (1.50 to 2.0 F.M.) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required far proper completion of the work.
Struck painting on brick work with cement mortar in 1:2 with consisting of one part cement & two parts of Course sand of 1.25 FM including supply of all materials and labour T& P etc. required for proper completion of work.SI-574
Same as Item No. above but for flush pointing etc required for proper complition of work.SI-575 (182.00-19.00)
R.C.C.Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1-1/2:3 (1 cement 1.5 approved coarse sand and 3, 20mm graded aggregates) in slabe excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding the same with 24BWG wire and but including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. and 1 kg water proofing compound in 1 cement bag.Required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M20. S.I.-4.2.2
M.S. or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not wrought to included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including binding for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend books and authorized overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level as per S.I. No. 504 (Dia 10mm to 16mm)
Disposal of surplus earth within 1Km. Distance taken by of Earth work.
Brick on edge flooring with sand filling in joints etc compleat as per direction of E/I.
