INTERNAL ELECTRICFICATION WORKS
Point wiring(concealed) (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area),FRLSH,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed conduit(thickness not less than 1.5mm and 20 m dia) and its fittings duly ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles,junction boxes,including modular PVC box,modular white cover plate/PVC gang box and inner plate with frame of suitable size for mounting modular switches/sockets,fan regulators etc complete with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC FRLS copper conductor,insulated,unsheathed,stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth dolly confirming to IS-694, complete all as specified and directed for the following:-
(a) One light point controlled by one switch or one (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) fan point controlled by one switch and regulator and one bell point controlled by one bell push.
(b) One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on independent board.
(c) One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on same board.

Strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt/machinery etc. incl charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate in alternate layer in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I-2009 including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover, 20mm dia light grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed. Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including 4 mm galvanised earth lead wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I (1991). NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. ROAD, PATH AND CULVERTS
Providing, Laying, compaction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications i.e Grading II, conforming to Clause 401 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to achieve the desired density, 150 mm thick compacted thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Providing, Laying. compaction of Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) , 250 mm thick (compacted thickness,125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ), grading of aggregates as per Table 400-13 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: 1. The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each layer of 125 mm thick (compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose,both layers shall be considered as one unit.
Preparation of un-surfaced Wet Mix macadam (WMM) surfaces by sweeping clean by power broom or mechanical sweepers and removing completely all loose material and other foreign material and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat on un-surfaced wet mix macadam surfaces conforming to Clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, laying & compaction of Bituminous Macadam (BM) 50 mm Compacted thickness conforming to Clause 504 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), using mechanically crushed stone aggregates and granual material etc. of grading II as per Table 500-7 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), premixed with bituminous binder, Bitumen grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 3.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Mix Design for bituminous macadam shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 3.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 504.2.4 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumenand if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.
Preparation of bituminous surfaces and applying evenly a Tack coat conforming to Clause 503 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres using using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder (paving Bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved Job Mix Formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per mix design in Hot Mix Plant (Batch Type) of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 60.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
SEWAGE PUMPING SCHEDULE
Non clog vertical submersible pumps with cast iron impeller(suitable size) and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, cables, Earthing, testing complete with 2 years maintenance of 1 HP (50lpm X 25 mtr head) ( For Lifting Manholes) with mounting arrangement suitable for outdoor installation of 20A DP MCB C curve with DOL starter with over load protection, locking facility in on position alongwith suitable size of submersible cable from motor to starter panel for auto start /off with suitable senser in manhole (senser included), complete all as specified and directed.

TREATED WATER SUPPLY
Centrifugal pumping set of 500 LPMx50 mtr pumps with Stainless Steel impeller(suitable size) and cutter, suitable to pass 40 mm size particles including motor of suitable capaity to run on 400/440V,3 phase, 50Hz cycles A/C power Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, pressure gauge, alongwith suitable size of submersible cable from motor to starter panel, complete with other accessories all as specified and directed.
Sluice valve, 150 mm bore, cast iron body, having mild steel spindle with iron wheel at top, class PN 1.6, with flanged ends, drilled suitably, complete with joints and including necessary joints by means of bolts, nuts washers and rubber gaskets, conformig to IS 14846-2000 complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
Cutting and tapping of GI/DI/CI water pipe line for branch connection of size 15 mm to 50 mm bore and fixing in position for inserting of new tees,unions, branches complete all as specified and as directed. (Both sides cutting shall be measured as one unit) NOTE: Cost of tee with jointing material shall also included in quoted rates.
Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 600 mm x 600mm x 900 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 internally plastered in cement mortar (1:6) and externally plastered in cement mortar (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
Cutting/ boring of roads / pavement / hard standing manually for insertion of GI pipe for cable and making good to the disturbed road / pavement by appropriate material, complete all as directed. NOTE:- Cost of material for making good to the road as per existing by filling cold ready mix bitumen or equivalent material shall be included in the quoted rates.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS
Supplying,laying and termination of unarmoured submersible ,copper conductor XLPE cable of size 3 core 4 sqmm,1100 volts confirming to IS 7098 (part I) amended upto date complete with end termination including double compresion cable glands and copper lugs of appropriate size complete all as specified and as directed.

(NOTE:-Two runs of main cable ,1 run of earth wire & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.)
Junction box of size 250mmx200mmx150mm made out of 1.6mmthick MS sheet having aluminium bus bar strip 4 nos mounted on insulators and 01No outgoing MCB 6Amps,SP,240Volts.The junction box shall be front openable and lockable with hinged shutter with self closing arrangement , out door type, weateher and vermin proof,duly painted with two coats of silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,complete all as specified and directed .
New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x25 watts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bemd to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twin core from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, installing(pole mounted), commissioning, testing of transformer step down 11KV/433V outdoor type copper wound 100 KVA Cap with energy efficiency level 2 with necessary, standard fittings of capacity 100 KVA 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles vector group Dyn-11 confirming to IS-2026-1(2011) having primary (HT) voltage of 11 KV and secondary (LT) voltage of 433 V off load tap changing gear to provide volts with tapping on primary side having steps of + 2.5% from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% each so as to vary voltage on secondary side including first fill of transformer oil, ,the transformer shall be delta connected on 11KV side & star connected on secondary side with neutral brought out including provn of HT busing on HV (delta connection) side & LT cable box on LV (star connection) side including pole mounted complete all as specified and directed at site.(NOTE: - Cross arms,bracings,supports, clamps and back plate,nuts,bolts and all connected items are measured in relevant items.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

OIL AND GREASE REMOVAL CHAMBER:- 01 No. oil and grease removal chamber of size of 6.1 x 2.0 x 1.3 m. with a 50 mm thick RCC Pre cast baffle wall all as specified in Annexure 'A' made of RCC with design mix concrete of grade M- 30 and TMT CRS Fe-500 steel and to be constructed for removal of oil & grease by trapping free floating oil & grease.

AIR GRID :- Air Grid of Header and Lateral Type of MOC - SS 304 should be catered in Equilisation Tank, MBBR tank and Sludge Holding Tank for air supply to the tanks.
ANOXIC CHAMBER :- One(01) No, anoxic chamber size of 3.2 x 3.2 x 3.8m. of flash mixer type of slow turbine type, MOC-SS 304, all as specified in Annexure 'A' made of RCC with design mix concrete of grade M- 30 & TMT CRS Fe-500 steel and to be constructed for deduction of pollutant.Chamber shall be fitted with motorized stirrer of sufficient capacity as per manufacturer's instructions complete.

TREATED WATER TANK :- One No treated water tank of size 6m dia x 2.8m, all as specified in Annexure 'A' made of RCC with design mix concrete of grade M-30 & TMT CRS Fe 500 grade steel to store the treated water,complete all as specified and directed.
PIPING :- All inter-connection piping between Pumps, tanks, filters etc. all as required with stainless steel MS wherever submerged and with SS for non submerged pipes as per colour code marked direction of flow and type of sewer within battery limit including tees, bends, flanges, nut bolt, gasket, etc. including necessary primary and secondary supports with masonry work/structural steel work all as required and as specified.
VALVES :- (i) One lot of valves such as gate valves/butterfly valves/NRV/Air Release valves of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.(ii) One valve shall be provided between sludge holding tank & tube settler sludge outlet.
Non clog vertical submersible pumps with cast iron impeller(suitable size) and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, alongwith suitable size of submersible cable from motor to starter panel, Earthing, testing complete with 2 years maintenance of 5 HP ,500LPM X 25 M. ( for Sump-02 = 3 Nos) complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, installation, commissionning and testing of cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board Out door type,double door weather and vermin proof,CPRI approved made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick complete with powder coated painting and copper panel wiring with TPN 100A aluminium busbar duly insulated in colour coding,front & back door opening incl locking arrangement and all accessories consisting of the following items as required complete all as specified and directed. MAIN LT Cum MCC Panel Incoming : (a) 63 Amp, 4P MCCB (25KA ICS) thermal magnetic trip with short circuit and overload protecion -01 No (b) R,Y,B Phase Indication lamp with fuse-1 set. (c) 0-30A Digital Ammeter , 100/5A Class-1.0, 15VA CTs-1 Set. (d) 0-500V Digital Voltmeter with control MCB -1 set. Outgoing : (a) 40A TP MCCB 15ka ics with automatic star delta Starter(5 HP) as per type -2 cordination with single pahse preventer under/overvoltage protection,overload and short circuit protection -3 sets
NOTE : 1. Contractor will established the testing lab to test the following parameter with equipment as per appx C and same shall be property of department after completion of work. 2. After completion of work contractor will take clearance of PCB as required for operation of plant. 3. Parameters for treated sewage effluent for the design of sewage treatment plant are as given below :- (i) BOD < 10 mg/litre (ii) COD <100 mg/litre (iii) TSS <10 mg/litre (iv) PH :7-8 (v) O&G < 10ml/litre (vi) Outlet coliform <100 counts/100 ml (vii) Residual chlorine > 1.0 mg/litre 4. All water retaining structures are to be constructed with M-30 grade (Design Mix) concrete and TMT CRS Fe 500D steel. 5. The specifications and the capacity of various items given are for indication only. If as per site requirement, higher capacities are required the same shall be provided without any extra cost to Govt. Howver minimum parameters are to be achieved as indicated above. 6. The contractor has to give two years warranty for the sewage treatment plant after the date of completion. Defects liability period given in condition 46 of IAFW-2249 shall be deemed amended to this extent. 7. The contractor has to give minium 15 years gurantee for MBBR membrane from OEM 8. All bus bars shall be of " Copper". 9. All MS and RCC tanks shall be covered with GI wire 4mm dia size of mesh 75mm x 75mm chain link wire mash. The wire mesh shall be fixed with GI nuts and bolts of suitable size to 50 x 50 x 6mm MS angle iron per size of various tanks wall. The size of angle iron frame shall be as per size of various tanks specified. The frame shall be fixed to tank wall with suitable size of FI hold fast as directed by GE.
Earthing with 600x600x3.15mm copper earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3 mm by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt/machinery etc. incl charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate in alternate layer in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I-2009 including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover, 20mm dia light grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Copper Strip more than 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately.
Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3mm copper strip ,complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of Microprocessor Controlled SCADA system indoor/outdoor monitoring/annunciating control panel with wired communication between sensor equipments(details given below) and SCADA panel.The panel shall be suitable size fabricated from 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with copper bus bar of suitable size (as per SCADA provider).The SCADA system shall have following hardware/software and communication part to communicate b/w different sensores and SCADA processor :-
(A) G-5 processor CPU, with 8 GB RAM, 256 GB internal storage memeory with installed software to show output of online monitoried parameter on 32" LED display unit alongwith Mimic diagram of plant pumps showing the on/off status of all pumps/ equipemnt installed at STP & sump-2. (B) 32" LED display unit with HDMI part & in built speakers. (C) Supply installation, commissioning and testing of sampling type Spectral Analyzer, sensor for COD, BOD, TSS. Micro processor controlled with following features :- (i) For COD Measurment: (a) Range : 0-2000 mg/L. (b) Accuracy :<+-5F.S (c) Principal : UV Absorption (ii) For BOD Measurment: (a) Range : 0-2000mg/L. (b) Accuracy : <+-5F.S (C) Principal : UN Absorption

(E) Suitable sensore in all the pumping motor starter to sense the on/off position of the meter iinstalled as sump 2 and STP plant. (G) Suitable communication port at both sensore and SCADA panel alongwith wiring to sense the online parameter and display at the LED display unit. (H) Auto cleaning assembly for all sensors.
NOTE :- It is the Responsibility of Contractor to install all equipment compatible with SCADA operation , complete all as specified and directed.
PHASE-II (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II) MANNING AND OPERATION OF 1 STP :- The period of completion of this Part is 33 (Thirty Three) months and date of commencement will be immediately after certified date of completion of Phase-I.
Item No 01: Manning, operation and maintenace (other than items/equipments covered by defects liability period) of sewage treatment plant of capacity 500 KLD in three shifts of 08 hours each including Sunday and holidays with all consumable materials including chemicals as required but excluding electricity and water, complete all as directed just after completion of work as per date mentioned in work order to be placed by GE.The Manning, operation and maintenance shall deemed to included the following :-
(a) : Repair to system in case of break down (due to normal wear & tear which is not included in the defect liability period of the firm), within 24 hours (b) Repairs to electrical eqpt, accessories as and when required. (c) Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly comprehensive maintenance including cleaning of bar screen , grit chamber etc to be carried out and keeping records thereof (d) In case of failure noticed more than 24 hrs, recovery shall be affected @ Rs 500/- per hour beyond 24 hours. (e) Attendence register for persons deployed by the contractor and daily running log sheets for STP shall be maintained (f) To provide additional manpower for rectification of major problems and cleaning of tanks etc.(g) All types of T& P required for day to day requirement shall lbe provided by contractor. (h) Treated plant to be tested periodically and record shall be maintained.(j) All types of transportation if reqd for handling materials/eqpts etc shall be provided by the contractor. Contd...
(k) All types of fire eqpts provided in the installations shall be maintained and operated properly . (l) All electrical fittings and fixtures shall be maintained and contractor shall be responsible for any damage. (m) All types of water tanks incl flushing tanks shall be maintained. (n) All installations and surroundings shall be kept neat and clean all the time and security checks shall be carried daily. (o) All tanks shall be cleaned twice in a year and dates of cleaning shall be marked on tanks. (p) In case of any damage, misuse, mishandling of govt property , contractor shall be held responsible for the same.(q) Dress code shall be maintained for employees for working in M & O of STP. (r) Medical assistance shall be provided by the contractor to the employees as and when requred. (s) All safety eqpts such as breathing apparatus, safety belt, air hose respiratory, portable lighting eqpt, driver suit etc for working hazardous condition shall be provided by contractor. (t) First Aid box with basic medicines shall be kept in main installation by the contractor. (u) Misuse of electricity and water shall be penalised and effective recovery shall be made by the department for the same.
(v) Manning and operation shall start immediately after satisfactory completion of sewage treatment plant as certified by GE and as per dates given in work order,which shall be placed by GE separtely after completion of work of Phase-I. (w) All consumable and chemicals like hypo solution, DWPF and filter media etc for use of sewage treatment shall be supplied by the contractor. Atleast one month requirements shall be kept at site at a time. (x) The contractor shall get the testing of treated water from approved govt test lab, once in a fortnight to ascertain result of treated water as per the requirement for which STP has been installed and record shall be maintained. Quoted rates are deemed to include for this provision. (y) Disposal of all sludge at suitable frequency at the area specified by Engineer in Charge. (z) All moving units like blower, motor and pumps have to be serviced and maintained as per their original manual, minimum maintainence schedule given in particular specification (aa) In each shift (three shift in one day) following minimum staff shall be deployed by the contractor :- (i) One Operator (ITI Qualified) (ii) One Helper. (ab) The staff employed by the contractor shall be present upto full working hours i.e 08 Hrs per shift in the installation premises only. In case any staff found missing or absent during any part of the respective shift duty, necessary amount equivalent to 08 hrs will be recovered by GE, whose decision will be final and binding.
Item No. 02 : All as per item No.- 01 of Phase-II(Schedule 'A' Part-II) here-in-before but for 11(Eleven) months,immediately after certified date of completion of Item No-01.
Item No. 03 : All as per item No.- 01 of Phase-II(Schedule 'A' Part-II) here-in-before but for 02(Two) months,immediately after certified date of completion of Item No-02.
