M&L for servicing of LT distribution panels of AC plant complete cleaning of panel incluiding CTs and busbar chamber, welding of hinges including replacement of internal wiring with copper wire (as per existing size) including replacement of thimble as per existing size/ type, with two coats of epoxy based paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately and cost of all miscellaneous material and minor parts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

M&L for repair and servicing of Cooling tower of 10TR capacity AC Plant, dismantling of cooling tower, removing of top cover and PVC Fins, adjustment of fins with proper way, replacement of unserviceable nozzle, fins, replacement of rusted nuts, bolts with wahsers etc and cleaning of bottom tank by removing mud and dust including painting of the cooling tower's supporting structure with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and the inner side of the tank with bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of compressor of make SMC-365 series of capacity varying from 10TR without any damage to the serviceable equipments and over hauling the same by replacing unserviceable / worn out parts with new parts including necessary machine work to the piston housing, crank shaft, discharge valve plate etc for proper repair, Charging of refrigerant gas (R-22) and compressor oil up to the required level to achieve the desired cooling and rectifying other defects, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make :- AXCEL 10 TR Note:- The replaced parts, refrigerant gas & compressor oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply & fixing in repair/replacement of Piston & Piston Pin along with bush complete and suitable for compressor of capacity 10TR of Make SMC-365 series.

Dismantling the electrical connections & taking down of electric induction motor (Make:-Crompton), squirrel cage type, 3 phase, 415 volt complete with drive pully from the base, dismantling the motor, removing all brunt wires from the slots, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with sutable gauge super enamelled copper wire, heating, varnishing with proper grade varnish, re-fixing of bearings with proper alignment of shaft, re-assembling properly, re-fixing in position and testing complete for 15 HP capacity.

All as per item No 47 above but 5.0 HP capacity.

M&L for de-scaling of condenser with suitable de-scaling agent and finally opening out condenser pipe line ends and cleaning the copper tube with wire brush until the tube shown its copper colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Opening the upper sheet and side sheet of AHU to access to cooling coil, washing/ cleaning of cooling coil externally with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing of air filters and re-fixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking the leakage in both low and high side of the system by feeding dry nitrogen to maintain adequate pressure in the system, plugging the leaks including S&F in replacement of old unservicerable Teflon sealing of all refrigerant line valves like liquid line valves/ suction/ discharge valves of compressors, gland packages of all angle valves flaring of all connections framing welding etc complete for the following plants:-

AC plant of capacity 3 x 10 TR (Central AC Plant).

AC plant of capacity 4 x 14.7 TR (VRF type).

M&L for maintaining the Vacuume in the system for 24 hours, supply and refilling/ charging the refrigerant gas HCFC-22 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Mafron / Refron or as approved by E-in-C / AGE (I)

All as per Ser item No 54 above but R-410A refrigerant for VRF unit.

M&L for repair / Overhauling of monoblock pumping set 3 to 5 HP including replacement of GM gland, re-metaling, turning & polishing of pump shaft etc testing, commissioning and installation at site complete all as directed.

S&F strip heater 3 KW, 240 volt, 50 Hz as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Pre-fillter of existing make and size for AHU of capacity 8000 cfm.

All as per item No 58 above but for AHU of capacity 12000 cfm.

S&F in replacement of Micron fillter of existing make and size for AHUs of capacity 8000 & 12000 cfm respectively.

M&L for monthly servicing of VRF type AC Plant unit comprising of 4 Nos 14.7 TR outdoor unit, refrigerant piping system, throttling device, cooling coil, control unit, AHU complete all as specified, replacing worn out insulation with nitrile pancake sheet, cleaning of outdoor unit with suitable cleaning acid, blowing it dry, checking PCB box for malfunction, tightening connection, resealing glands, including testing for proper working. Make of Outdoor unit :- Mitsubishi Electric or equivalent as approved by E-in-C.

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning of battery operated Temperature & Relative Humidity meter cum data logger including sensors, probe, transmitter, with LCD display, 2 input channels & minimum 1 output port(serial or USB) compatible to measure the temperature reading between -20° C to 70° C with + 0.6 °C accuracy and max RH level upto 100% with 0.3% RH resolution, IP20 protection complete all as per latest specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
