Material and labour for cleaning of Diesel tank of capacity 900 ltrs by draining tank including drying and cleaning by Vacuum cleaner complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for checking of fire/ smoke detector by artificial means to check the serviceability of detectors of total 135 Nos periodically complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of Diesel Engine driven pump set of capacity 44.1/60 KW/HP, 1800 RPM including checking for lubricants, filters, coolants, starters, complete by draining out the lubricant oil from the sump, open the top cover of the engine head complete, unscrewing of engine mounting such as exhaust manifold, Air cleaner, top cover of acoustic enclosure, remove the cylinder head by unscrewing nuts, bolts washers etc. tappets valves etc. remove the dust, dirt from the main engine assembly. Check the serviceability of crank shaft assembly, Main bearing assembly, roller bearing assembly, cam shaft, fuel nozzles, piston head cleaning, O rings, piston rings, liner of bore, battery terminals, connecting cables, wiring etc. complete and replacement of U/S accessories. Sending the tappet valves to workshop for lathe work. Calibration of fuel injector pump assembly and changing the worn out/ unserviceable spares, re-assembling, testing on full load complete and checking of Pump impeller, bushing, shaft, gland packing, bearing if required replacement of spares, up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge for Diesel Engine and pump of capacity 60HP including painting of 2 coat synthetic enamel paint to Diesel Engine and pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The rate quoted deemed to include all materials required for checking by authorized dealer such as replacement of (i) Lub oil filter (ii) Fuel filter (iii) All standard spare parts required to replace the U/S spares to make the engine serviceable in all respects. (b) Cost of Lubricating oil, coolant oil etc. deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra payment will be paid to contractor in this regard. (c) Required T& P shall be arranged by the Contractor at site.

Material and labour for dismantling of electric driven horizontal centrifugal pump of capacity 75.0 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting from coupling, dismantling of pump, taking out old unserviceable all damaged parts impellers, glands, bearings, bushing, Shaft and making serviceable as per satisfaction complete reinstallation of the motor and pump in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, including painting of 2 coat synthetic enamel paint to pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Material and labour for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor (Jockey Pump) of capacity 9.3/12.5 KW/HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc. and repair to pump impellers, glands, bearings complete reinstallation of the motor and pump in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, including painting of 2 coat synthetic enamel paint to motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Material and labour for servicing of Fire fighting panel by checking of incoming and outgoing control cable, checking of control supply, including repair/replacement of spare parts such as DP 40 A MCB, 230V TP 9A contactor, 24V 4C/O Relay hooters including all necessary accessories including other connected items to functional of panel board , lamp indicators ,meters, replacement of defective fuses , wiring and testing and serviceability check complete all as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and manufacturer instructions. Note : Amount of Spares for panel repair shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.
