.Dry sweeping of the office, guest house,residential and other utility buildings with phool broom including removing of wave nest and cleaning of all dust bin, bucket and disposal the material at the suitable place including all T&P,labour and acessories as per the directed by Engineer - in charge ( frequency in daily)except holidays.
Cleaning & washing of toilet floor,W.C.sheet& tiles,wash basin pan,urinal pan & urinal floor of all office including washing&cleaning of tiles,kota stone etc.including cost of detergent powder acid ,harpic ,neothaline ball, odonil etc. all labour & T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.( frequency daily) except holidays.
Dry sweeping,cleaning of colony roads with bamboo brom including all rain water duct and foot path uprooting of grass & other vegitable from road,kerb stone & side drain i/c distroy/burning garbage at suitable place,i/c cost of T&P,labour and materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in charge (Frequency-weekly)
Periodical cleaning of open drain in dry/wet condition of public building office and residential building including clearance of silt and garbage of waste materials i/c all T&P,labour and material required and disposal of material at approved locations as per directed by Engineer in charge (frequency tiwce in month)
periodical cleaning of dust bin dry/wet condition including loading unloading & disposal of the same at approved location as per directed by Engineer-in-charge ( Frequency once in month)
