Providing and fixing EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation sheets of approved density and thickness, including PVC ceiling panelling made of PVC panels of minimum 6 mm thickness with tongue-and-groove joints, fixed over GI/wooden framework, complete with all necessary hangers, screws, fasteners, corner mouldings, edge/finishing strips, etc., complete in all respects in the tin shed staff office of Electrical System Sub Division, HPSEBL, Solan, as per site requirements and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC wall panelling of approved quality on all four concrete walls, made of PVC panels of minimum 6 mm thickness with tongue and groove joints, fixed over GI/wooden framework including necessary hangers, screws, fasteners, corner/edge mouldings, finishing strips etc., complete in all respects in the office of Junior Engineer, Transmission Line, 132 kV Sub Station Maintenance Sub Division, as per site requirements and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of single slope CGS (Corrugated Galvanized Sheet) roofing over the entrance area of the Junior Engineer (Transmission Line) office at 132 kV Substation of approximate size 2.5 m × 3.5 m (area 9.1 sqm or about 98 sq ft), of lean-to type with one side supported on existing wall and one front MS pipe support pillar, including fabrication and installation of MS angle/channel frame comprising rafters and purlins, fixing of one MS pipe pillar of 2.5" dia with base plate and proper anchoring, laying and fixing of 0.8 mm thick color coated CGS sheets with required overlaps using self-drilling screws with rubber washers, providing and fixing of 3.5 metre long GI/PVC rainwater gutter with proper slope for effective drainage, complete painting of steel structure with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, and including all labour, materials, fabrication, erection, tools and tackles, complete in all respects, with the roof starting at a height of 11.5 feet from ground level and maintained at a slope of 1:8 towards the front side for proper rainwater drainage.

Providing and fixing of EPDM/PVC rubber seals in existing aluminium windows of Control Room and AE Office, including removal of old, damaged seals, cleaning of grooves/glasses and proper insertion of new rubber gasket of suitable size. The sealing shall be done neatly to ensure airtight and watertight windows, preventing dust and water leakage. The work includes all labour, tools, and minor consumables, complete in all respects, ensuring smooth operation of window shutters as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 03 Nos. 5 mm thick clear glass panes of size 2 ft × 4 ft in existing aluminium windows of the Control Room, including cleaning of the frames and fixing of glass of the required thickness with rubber beading/sealant, complete in all respects, including proper fitting, alignment, and finishing, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and replacement of broken 5 mm thick black glass panes including 02 Nos. of size 3 ft × 4 ft and 03 Nos. of size 2 ft × 4 ft in existing aluminium windows, including cleaning of the frames and fixing of glass with rubber beading/sealant, complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and replacement of damaged aluminium door for staff washroom with new door of size 6' × 2.5', made of standard aluminium sections with PVC/ACP/opaque sheet panel, including all necessary fittings such as hinges, handle, tower bolt, stopper, Hydraulic door closure and locking arrangement, complete with screws and accessories, after dismantling of existing damaged door as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge; also providing and fixing of heavy-duty stainless steel/aluminium door handle for Control Room with necessary fittings, complete in all respects, at 132 kV Substation Solan under ES Division Solan.

Providing and fixing of 12-inch (300 mm sweep) exhaust fan of approved make, including making suitable opening in wall/window, frame fixing, wiring connection from nearest point, switch connection, fasteners, and complete installation, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
