Supply and fixing automatic Smart Water level controller with sensor integration via screw terminals with the on field configuration for providing the option for underground sump and overhead tank, each indication for 5 Sensor reading per tank ( O%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). Display interface with 4.3 TFT LCD screen with 32 Bit microcontroller unit, fixed resolution 480x 720 pixels. Operating Temperature for device -20 to 70 Degree C. The controller must support I/O based controls over 8 Bit 8051 Base Microcontroller Unit with support for Buzzer / Alarm at 25% and 100% capacity to operate On /Off operation. Manual override option to override the control from Auto Mode. The enclosure is made of ABS Material for IP protection. (Dust and water resistance) Make : sathya Sai or its eqivalents make as per E-in-C approved.

Supply and fix SS304 horizontal magnetic float switch with SS pipe for sensor mounting ( 5% Nos Sensor)

Supply and fix 1.1 mm x7 core outer dia 6.5 mm copper alloy signal cable with weather proof rubber coating

Supply & fix Ductile iron pipe spigot and socketed class K-7 ISI marked with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated pipes 150 mm bore confirming to IS 8329 : 2000 complete with push on rubber gasket joint, complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix Ductile Iron fittings for flanged or spigot socketed pipe such as tail piece connecting pieces bends tappers, tee pieces and reducer (Single or double branch) any type & angle/radious and straight connecting pieces suitable for bore upto 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) TYPE C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation / Floor complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out for laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in approved soft/loose soil including preading levelling , watering and well ramming in laryers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Eng in charge

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as directed by Engr in charge

Supply and fixing heavy duty chemical dozing system plunjer type suitable to inject solution up to 25 LPH working pressure 10 kg /cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP,1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor ,agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 ltrs capacity ,complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anti corresive paint complete with chemical grade PVC NRV. alongwith control panel for Dosing pump suitable made of powder coated MS fabricated box consisting of LED indicator, digital Volt meter, Amp meter, Single phase preventor, High voltage loe voltage protection.

Supply and lay 3 layer ( inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 6 (PN-20) and PP-R plain fittings in trenches/walls/cellings or laying in floors complete of size outer dia 20 mm, including fittings

Supply and fix PPR Ball Valves (Brass Insert) of 20 mm bore.

S & F DWC high density polyethelene pipes in having dia 63 mm / 50 mm, inner as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall conforming to IS: 14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/ along wall / in PCC on GL/ Roof and including all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.
