Survey, Soil investigation, design and execution of various works for augmentation of water supply system which includes construction of an Intake of 1650 MLD capacity with RawWater pump house, Water Treatment Plant of capacity 400 mld with clear water booster pumping stations, pumping main & Electric sub station complete as required as per scope of work with 10 years of operation and maintenance of complete work under AMRUT 2.0 for Indore City. Survey, Soil investigation, Design , Construction & commisioning :- A) Intake well cum sump and pump house of 1650 MLD, Approach bridge of length 475 mtr of minimum 15 mtrs width, with clear carriage way of minimum 15 mtrs starting from pump house upto and landed on existing intake phase-3, having support arrangement for pipe lines and power cables,approach channel,boundary wall all around intake ,Air Conditioning of Control Room, Furniture as per approved design & drawing. B) Installation of raw water pumps for pumping water up to proposed WTP-400 MLD, existing WTP 360 MLD & existing WTP 180 MLD. The work shall include construction of substation transformers, 11KV and 33 KV HT feeder line substation of 33/11 KV. C) Interconnection of Existing 1200 mm (phase-1 &2) existing pipeline with new intake, interconnection existing 2100 mm (phase-3) pipeline with new intake. D) Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of raw water pumping main having dia of 2235mm from prop. intake well to Prop. 400 MLD WTP of length 14450 mtr including excavation refilling, road cutting/ dismantling, restoration, providing valves, surge protection system and specials and fittings all complete. E) Construction of 400 MLD water treatment plant , sum & clear water pump house. F) Installation of clear water pumps for pumping water from prop WTP-400 MLD up to booster pumping station-1, The work shall include construction of substation transformers, 33 KV HT feeder line substation of 33/11 KV. G) Supply , laying , testing 132 KV line with 132 Kv Feeder Bay on existing second circuit of 132 KV DCSS line from 220 KV S/S Badwaha, dist.Khargone to Prop WTP 400 MLD at Bhaklai H) Construction of 132 / 33 kv electric substation at prop. WTP-400 mld bhaklai I) Providing, laying, jointing, testing, commissioning of clear water pumping main having diameter 2235 mm from WTP to booster pumping station-1 of length 6435 mtr,including excavation, refilling, road cutting/dismantling, restoration, providing valves, surge protection system and specials and fittings all complete. J) Construction of pump house and sump &Installation of clear water pumps for pumping water from booster pumping station-1 to Proposed BPT, The work shall include construction of substation transformers, 33 KV HT feeder line substation of 33/11 KV. K) Providing, laying, jointing, testing, commissioning of clear water pumping main having diameter 2337 mm from booster pumping station-1 to prop. BPT of length 1037 mtr, including excavation, refilling, road cutting/dismantling, restoration, providing valves, surge protection system and specials and fittings all complete. L) Construction of break pressure tank having capacities of 12 MLD. M) installation of instrument and operation by PLC- SCADA for monitoring and controlling of WTP -400 MLD, booster pumping station, intake etc. N) Rehabhilation of existing WTP 180 MLD phase-1&2 & pump houses-2,3,4 & 5 , the works include all civil, mechanical & electrical work. O) Interconnection of pump house no-5 of phase-1 & 2 of 1200 mm dia pipe to proposed BPT by laying new pipeline. P) Rehabhilation of existing WTP 30 MLD devdharam & raw water pump, the works include all civil, mechanical & electrical work. Q) Construction of new WTP 15 MLD at devdharam, the works include all civil, mechanical & electrical work. R) Repalcement of damage pipeline at various location of raw water pipeline from yeshawant sagar to devdhram WTP. S) installation of instrument and operation by PLC- SCADA for monitoring and controlling of WTP-15 MLD , 30 MLD, Raw water pumping station, intake etc. T) Buy back of old pumps, valves , machinery, etc after commissioning of Proposed system
