Notes for items 55 to 104 : (i) This work to be carried out for integrating the 05 MW solar power project with MSETCL 220/22 KV VSNL Dighi Grid for evacuation of 05 MW generated solar power into MSETCL grid under open access in accordance with Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) regulations and work should be carried out as per the technical standards and under the supervision of MSETCL (as per section 10 of the Indian Electricity Act -2003) ii) All the makes of material mentioned in above work should be as MSETCL/MSEDCL approved. iii) All necessary documentation & liaison for obtaining permissions from MSETCL / MSEDCL for this grid connectivity work executed at MSETCL 220/22KV VSNL Grid shall be the responsibility of contarctor. This include necessary infrastructure including equipment arrangement for import/export metering, harmonic stabilisation within the limits of Central Electrical Authority (CEA) and necessary statutory approvals from MSETCL / MSEDCL / SLDC and various other state agencies as required. iv) Please note that no separate payment shall be given to contractor for any additional expenditure occurred or any statuatory fees to be required at MSEDCL/MSETCL/SLDC on this account and its cost is deemed included in the quoted rate under this item. No extra claim shall be entertained at later stage.

Notes for items No 55 to 104 (condt..) v) Contractor should submit approved copy of Single line diagram and layout from Chief Enginner (SLDC) Airoli, Navi Mumbai and Chief Engineer, EHC CC O&M Zone, MSETCL Pune and work completion report (along with ABT meter installation & commissioning report) as per the work mentioned above from MSETCL/MSEDCL/SLDC. vi) The work shall be executed by contractor as per specification and standards of MSETCL. The equipment drawing and test reports got approved from MSETCL before procurement and the material shall be inspected by MSETCL representative before dispatch. The contractor shall arrange at his cost the inspection of proto assembly, witnessing type tests and pre-dispatch inspection of material by MSETCL. Works under MSETCL switchyard shall be done by the contractor at his risks and costs. vii) The contractor has to get the approval for synchronizing scheme and SLD from SE TCC, Pune for the above said project. viii) Required materials shall be procured from approved vendors of MSETCL and as per technical specification of MSETCL. ix) Any compensation for injuries including death shall be borne by developer as per the relevant act. x) The works are to be executedby contractor under supervision of SE EHV O&M Circle Pune or his representtive.
