Renewal Of Block Topping the Road from Trichy road to kothampatti road 0/0-3/350 in Kottampatti Block under PMGSy Incentive Fund (2022-23)

Clearingthe Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burring and burning etc.,

Earthwork excavating & depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrum, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20 A including laying and spreading in layers of 250 mm loose thick each , sectioning , watering and compacting etc, complete as per MOST 301 - 305.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with Primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using roviding and laying bituminoua concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H speciications clause 507 complete in all respects

Providing and Laying US gravel to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.km 0/0-1/0

Supply and fixing of KM stone SI No. 43 A.

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under Bharat Nirman including dressing of bermsby refilling the gully with form berms, desilting of side drains and CD works , Whitewashing guardstones, painting of KM & HM stones,Parapets, cutting of breaches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones , caution boards, speed limit boards etc with the periodiocity for the above actitvities as prescribed in IRC SP 20-2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectiufied by the contractor at his own cost.
