Cost of bearing. Manufactring and supply of F Type elastomeric Bearing for both (639 KN for curved span) (470 KN for straight span) (Size of Elastomeric Bearing as per approved design size and approved size Anchorage Plate) including Epoxy for installation including trasportation.

Replacement of Expansion Joints complete as per drawings

Elastomeric Slab Seal Expansion Joint : Providing and laying of an elastomeric slab seal expansion joint,cateringto right or skew (less than 20deg.,moderately curved with maximum horizontal movement upto50mm,complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installationand as per Clause2605 of Specificationsfor Road&Bridge works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Sealing of cracks / porous concrete by injection process through nipples/Grouting complete as per Technical specification. Cement mortar (1:1) Grouting

Patching of damaged concrete surface with polymer concrete (25 mm nominal thick) and curing compounds, initiator and promoter, available in present formulations, to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer and as approved by the Engineer.

Supply, fabrication and erection of steel members to replace existing corroded membersof built up section made up of MSplate,angles,channels of different thickness and sizes including painting with one coat of ready-mix paint Zinc Chromate priming to IS:104 followed by one coat of ready-mix paint red-oxide Zinc Chrome priming paint to IS:2074. Structural steel should conformtoIS:2062E250-Grade'B0'.Fabrication and erection to be as pe rexisting design initially by bolts and nuts and finally by riveting during the sanctioned traffic block. Rate includes cutting of new steel work, removal of rivets by drilling, dismantling of any existing members required for inserting fabricated members,fixing of new fabricated built-up members with all tools,plants, labour,consumables,machinery andaccessoriesetc.Work will be executed as per IRS:B 1-2001.Note: Painting shall be paid extra under relevant item.
