M & L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (machine cut) in flooring and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over screed bed 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including roughening of surface of existing floor all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (machine cut) in skirting and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F anodized aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605mm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete for size of grid 605 x 605mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L perforated particle board / tiles 12mm thick for insulation and acoustic purpose 60 x 60cm size fixed with screw to aluminium frame work or staples on snap grid in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F PVC wall panelling, hollow cored, 5mm thick, decorative designs with smooths surfaces, fire resistant, water and heat proof, tongue and groove edge for easy assembly with all accessories such as U cap, end cap, tee, plugs, fillets and screws etc as per manufactures instructions and fixing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F anodized aluminium frame with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions etc., with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium door shutters with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L pre-laminated particle board, 9mm thick interior grade, pre-laminated both sides with decorative choice laminations, fixed with screws to panels in aluminium joinery complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F 5.5mm thick tinted glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F floor door stopper 150mm of aluminium alloy body and tongue anodized with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium (extruded section) body, designation No. 3, universal type suitable for door shutter upto 1000mm in width and of weight 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
