Levelling of Pavillion and upkeeping everyday.
Construction of Waterproof pavilion using German hanger
Wooden flooring along with laying of synthetic carpet on 80% area of the floor.
Construction of facia infront of the pavilion and decoration with LED lights.
Construction work with approved design using plywood POP, colouring, venyle/flex etc.
Construction of one A/C VIP Launge and one A/C Rest room along with toilet for deputed officers/Employees of BSDM, YESD.
Construction and installation of 20 bromide panel of size 6ftX3ft inside the stall
Round the clock upkeeping work. Provisiong sufficient quantity of dustbins (Total 3 days)
Construction of wall using plywoods inside the stall and showcasing different projects of YESD using translight.
Installation, decoration and exhibition of physical models (One work)
Arrangement of fixures with optimum lucrative decoration of the stall
Supply of furniture (3 seater Sofa)
Making suitable arrangements for photography and videography of the ceremony.
Supply of Security Guard for 03 days. The guards shall have to be deployed round the clock @ 06 guards per shift
To decorate the place of ceremony with flowers and arrangements of 10 nos flower bouquet
Construction of 3’X3’X2’ RCC platform
Supply of uninterrupted Electric service, power backup, collective and proper arrangement of adequate fire extinguishers, Arrangements for digital earthing and electrical earthing,
To ensure adequate KVA connection for the purpose.
Work of electric decoration inside and outside of the stall as per requirement. ( L.S one work)
Supply & Installation of 6 nos of 64” plasma LED TV. (Means 06 Screens per day for 03 days =>6X3=18 Nos)
Arrangement of PA system with two hostess and installation of reception desk.
(Means 02 hostess per day for 3 days = 6)
Supply of 4’X2’ computer table with chair for 3 days
Supply & installation of Public Announcement system ( one work)
Arrangement of 100 water bottle (500 ml capacity) per day at the ceremonial place.
( Means 100 water bottle per day X 3 days = 300 bottle
Arrangement of 02 cookies along with tea/coffee for 50 persons everyday during the period from 10:00AM to 4:00PM
( Means 50 PersonsX 03 days X 02 times a day =300)
