CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

MASONRY WORK Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand).

STEEL WORK Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming and epoxy painting coat of approved steel primer all complete.

FINISHING Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

REPAIRS TO BUILDING Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Dismantling and Demolishing Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.( Rate including extra materials and debbris disposal to be as per the Engineer-in-charge) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.( Rate including extra materials and debbris disposal to be as per the Engineer-in-charge)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.( Rate including extra materials and debbris disposal to be as per the Engineer-in-charge) In cement mortar

ALUMINIUM WORK Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/ structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, including cutting groove in the wall etc, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600 Upto 10 mm depth and 10 mm width

Removing and dismantling existing Mild Steel (MS) rainwater gutters carefully, including cutting, welding (if required), and stacking the serviceable materials at CLRI stores, complete with all necessary labour, tools, and plants, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( Rate including extra materials and debbris disposal to be as per the Engineer-in-charge)

Providing and fixing required scaffolding with working platform/staging (approx. size: 27x2x6m)as per standard safety norms, including erection, maintenance during the work, and removal after completion of all associated works, for all required heights, complete with all labour, materials, tools, and plants, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(top plan area will be measured for payment)

Removing and refixing of existing Galvalume sheet roofing carefully without any damage, including refixing the same in proper alignment with required waterproofing nuts, bolts, and washers, complete with necessary replacement of damaged sheets, additions and alterations as required, and including all labour, materials, tools, and plants, for all heights, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( Rate including extra materials and debbris disposal to be as per the Engineer-in-charge)

Providing and fixing 1.5 mm thick Stainless Steel (SS) sheet cutter made of SS 304 grade, of size 600 mm × 600 mm, including jointing with existing rainwater pipe, cutting, making required shape, fabrication, fixing with supporting angle, SS welding, and providing SS bolts, nuts, and washers, with all manpower, tools, and plants, complete for all heights as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Make:Jindal or equivalent

Fabricating and Fixing of SS 304 Grade of rain water bellmouth connecting to existing rainwater pipe including required fittings and tools and plants as per the dirction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing uPVC - SWR (sewage waste & Rain water) pipes for sewer lines - Type :B of ISI: 13592 of approved make and quality with all necessary specials such as collars, elbows, Shoe, tees, doors Y's, door T`s ,cowl cap, etc., using joining ring with solutions , including required trenching upto 1.2m depth and refilling the same all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 160mm dia.
