M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint complete.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion paint complete.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment (i.e. white wash, colour wash, cement base paint, synthetic enamel paint etc.) from wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over surfaces.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete.

M&L for preparing old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over coat of pink primer complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in patches on brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats of 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 as under coat and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 as finishing coat in two separate layers, mixed with integral water proofing compound in finishing coat only @ 2% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete.

M&L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete.

S&F ACP board blue colour base with computerized white colour numbers including alphabet sticker plate as per MES pattern (TD) drawing including fixing with screws all as directed.
