DIfference in Cost of Cement 0.40 MT - 0.35 MT = 0.05 MT at Rs 6000 is 0.05 x 6000 = Rs 300, hence Final Rate = Basic Rate for M30 Item - Rs 3000 - Rs 126 for NON SCADA i.e. (8446 - 300 - 126 = 8020 Final Rate = 8020.00
