Improvement works to Inam Dattatreya Peeta Road from Km 5.80 to 6.40 in selected reaches in Chikmagalur Taluk (Working Chainage 5.80 km to 6.80 km).

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24&2024-25 3.2(b)satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as CONCRETE ROAD work of value not less than 79.40 lakhs work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year (in the last five years i.e.2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24&2024-25 3.2(c) the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earthwork excavation /embankment/sub grade -1228.00 m3 2.GSB/WMM-770.00 m3 3. PCC/RCC/CC PAVEMENT-821.00 m3 work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor.

Statement indicating the (A) Existing commitments and ongoing works for the next 9 months , (B)Details of works for which tenders are already submitted . The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 (A),(B) of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24&2024-25 3.2(a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.317.60 Lakhs, (in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only) Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

Each tenderer should further demonstrate liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.47.64 lakhs (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

EMD for Rs. 100000.00 shall be paid through KARNATAKA PUBLIC procurement PORTAL (KPPP) and the Balance of Rs.138200.00 by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.
