CLEANING OF UG SUMP, OH RESERVOIR, SWT UG, REPAIR TO VALVE PIT CHAMBER, DOZING PUMP AND CONNECTED WORKS OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE AF PALAM, DELHI CANTT-10

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chamber having internal dimension 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm (internal height) using 15cm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation, 15mm thick rendering with CM (1:4), all around, brick work in CM (1:6) and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 8mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement with and including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement, MS frame made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm thick angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of metal primer including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning/ filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point including demolition / dismantling of existing valve chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning internal portion of stone masonry/RCC underground/ Semi Underground water storage sump of capacity upto 01 lakh gallons including following process:- (a) Mechanised removal of all remaining dirty water by high capacity submersible pump set (b) Removal of sludge by Vacuum operated German pump (c) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and bottom of tank by German made high pressure rotary jet 120 bar pressure (d) Removal of all dirty particles by industrial wet vacuum cleaner leaving the tank 99.9 % physically cleaned (e) Sterlization of tank by Eco-friendly bio-degradable and highly effective against all pathogens (f) Sterlization of tank atmosphere by industrial UV radiator leaving the tank completely sterlized by specilized method complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The item rate includes the cost of weather proof painting of details on tank such as (a) date of cleaning (b) Next due date of cleaning (c) Capacity of tank.

All as per srl item No 3 above here-in-before but for Over Head Tank upto 45 mtr staging (Height of OH Tank) of capacity 01 Lakh Gallons complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Rates for providing the scaffolding and necessary pumping equipment shall be deemed to be included in the unit item rate.

All as per srl item No 3 above here-in-before but for Over Head Tank upto 45 mtr staging (Height of OH Tank) of capacity upto 50,000 Gallons complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Rates for providing the scaffolding and necessary pumping equipment shall be deemed to be included the unit item rate.

All as per srl item No 3 above here-in-before but for Static water tank of capacity upto 20,000 Gallons complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The cleaning of static water tank shall be carried out quarterly.

Supply & fixing in replacement of valve pit cover/ Sump manhole cover/ pressure pump shade etc made out of MS frame 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick angle iron with and including 6/8 mm thick MS top cover with locking arrangement and painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only CDD 5000 (two components chlorine dioxide powder) (CAS No 10049-04-4 conforming to ISO9001-2015) white in colour highly soluble in water, 99.9% effective against water borne micro organisms disinfectant for chlorination of water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Receipt Voucher of material shall be produced during the submission of RAR.

S&F in replacement of Pressure switch suitable for pressure pump of capacity upto 1.0 HP and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- crompton/Denfosis/Orin

M&L for disconnecting electric supply and dismantling from foundation electric driven pressure pumpset of capacity 1.0 HP and taking to authorised workshop for rewinding / over hauling of mono block pump set and taking back and refixing the same after rewinding to its original position making electric connection and testing. Note:- Cost of rewinding / overhauling, replacement of all unserviceable parts such as impeller, cooling fan, Air Tank etc are deemed to be included in the item rates.
