Note:- The major break down ie. Pipelines and valves more than 100 mm bore included vide Srl No 8(d), 91,92,&100 for emergency repairs has to be rectified within 08 hours for which necessary pipes, fittings, specials and labour force including machineries shall be kept in reserve, Tenderers attention is invited to the penalty of 5% cost of affected item for every hours of delay beyond the 08 hours period.
