Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) / M-10 Grade with minimum cement content 220 kg/m3 using 20 mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compactlon, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specifications and drawings at all levels directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Note : 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in- charge shall be.obtained for dosage and compatibilfty 2. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification , including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted. Note : All tie rod holes, irregularities are to be made good with Conbextra GP2 of M/s. Fosroc or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards at Contractors own cost.

Finishing F3 finish over concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:1.5 ( 1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding etc. at all elevations complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe 500 D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'TATA / SAIL / VIZAG' or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. For further details please see Clause II of Section VIII, General Information for Guidance of Tenderers. Note: The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position strutcural steel members / structural embedment's / pipe and sleeves/ penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint/ synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost..

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and Chequered Plates in Embedded Parts, Trench covers, Connection Plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Structural steel plates to be used shall be of approved make.

Supplying, fabricating & fixing in position as per drawings various S.S. embedment's (EPs) of various sizes, S.S angle edging, S.S. insert plates, S.S. pipes, S.S. fabricated box EPs of AISI 304 L Grade etc. (for fixing/embedding in pool/basement walls & in trenches etc.), pipe sleeves, fabricated box EPs including cost of supplying, cutting, bending to the required shape, fabricating, welding, erecting & fixing in position, scaffolding etc. at all levels, complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 3 mm thick Aluminium sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design to match the colour / shade of wall treatment including all materials, labour, scaffolding complete as per drawings and specifications.-150 mm wide anodized 3mm thick Aluminium sheet to the shape.

Supplying and filling the foundation and basement with Quarry dust, filling in layers of not more than 150 mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/mechanical roller including watering, levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by the engineer.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revison) specifications and as directed by Engineer -In-Charge and conforming to Grade-III (size range 75 mmto 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a minimum 500 mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits, etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (lndia) or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards and specified guarantee for 6 years shill be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Providing and constructing brick masonary using Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg / Sq.cm strength of approved make and size in cement mortar 1:6 including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for substructure below plinth level.

Providing and constructing Half brick masonry above plinth at all heights/levels using Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg / Sq.cm strength of approved make and size in cement mortar 1:4 including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per spcification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead up to 1 km kilometre but not exceeding 1 kilometre including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by theEngineer-In-Charge. Note : 1)The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack I Truck measurements. 2)The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Providing 20 mm thick water proof plastering in cement mortar 1:4 finsihed smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including approved water proofing compound added @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, 'Impermo' or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of surface, scaffolding at all heights, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 20 mm thick in two coats (12+8mm) including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12 mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 80/100 at 17 kg./10Sqm including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying integral box type cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal / vertical surfaces at all depth below ground level for under ground structures including testing for leak-proof ness with guarantee for a period 10 years etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and consisting of : i) 1st layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone (Using rough kota stone( In Lifts at Below GL)) aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 kg/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.for vertical surfaces by fixing specified stone (Using rough Kota stone ( In Lifts at Below GL)) slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. with average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm consisting of following operations: (i) Applying a grouting slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg /sq .m of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS:2645 over RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (ii)Laying brick bats with mortars using broken brick bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (using coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS:2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of C.M 1:5 (using coarse sand) admixed with·proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (iii) After 2 days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with propreitary water proofing compound confirming to IS:2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 ·using coarse sand admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to 1S 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including mixing 'RECRON 35' fibre or approved equivalent meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes at the rate of 125 grams per 50kg of cement in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slury and making pattern of 300x300 mm square, 3mm deep. (v) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 2 weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and as specified by the Engineer in charge.Note: a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer-in-charge, for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing agency before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper as per Proforma given in Tender Document for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages / defects.

Hydro Testing of the RCC underground tank including all arrangements for filling and emptying the tank with potable water (To be supplied by the contractor) and providing pumping systems etc. including testing for leak tightedness as specified, grouting till satisfactory test results are achieved, all as required, as per specifications, and as directed, complete, up to 4 m height from tank bottom Note: Leak Tightedness of the underground liquid retaining structure has to be ensured in accordance with IS 3370: Part 1-2009 (Reaffirmed in 2014).

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors frame & shutter 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame of 143mmx57mm size made out of 1.60mm thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 1.20mm thick sheets, hollow portion filled with Honey Comb Craft paper including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with glass as specified. provision for fixing required hardwares, frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete / fixing in concrete with anchor fastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Hardwares & vision panels will be measured under relevant Item).-Single Door shutter with Frame
