Renovation and Upgradation of DSCO Building at Karipora Budgam

Dismantling tile work in floors and walls laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead, for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge in 1:3:6 or richer mix (I/C equivalent design mix).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles, size of tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor, size of tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing in wall lining of 18 mm thick HDHMR board (approved make such as Action TESA, Century, Greenpanel or equivalent) conforming to relevant IS standards with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete including fixing of diffrent type of decorative beedings and cornice to be fixed on profile work on HDHMR board in patern and design strictly as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with arctlic putty wall matt finish with DEECO paint two or more coats to give an even shade including cost of all frame work, pvc pipes, conduits, etc. involved.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications; two or more coats applied @ 1.25 liter/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 liter /10 sqm.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8 mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi models etc., laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
