Amount

Dismantling of existing RCC culvert, deck slab by using mechanical jack hammer or any suitable method and disposing the same at a designated place as directed, barricading the work site with supply of all labour, engagement hire & running charges of all equipments, T&P, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, cleaning the site, all transportation etc. including all taxes but excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation for over burden deposits & foundation trenches of drain works & road works in hard / cargo mixed soil, bituminous roads etc. cutting up to required depth and transporting the excavated materials by private trucks within a lead of 5KM (avg.) and disposing and spreading the same with leveling, dressing and ramming as per requirement with barricading the work site if required, cleaning work site etc. including cost of all labour, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, Port entry fees etc. including all taxes but excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling of saline sand to the required level including transportation within a lead of 5Km. (Avg.) by private trucks with covering at the top to prevent spillage/blowing of sand including loading at one end and unloading at other end, spreading in layers, leveling, watering, compacting by plate vibrator in two layers with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, Port entry fees, engagement hire & running charges of all equipments, operation expenses, all POL, cost of water, all taxes but excluding GST etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.)

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level and grade P.C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3Coarse sand: 6 metal of 25 to 40mm size hard granite crusher broken metal) in foundation trenches, compacting by approved means with curing by providing, barricading the area if required etc. supply of all labour, materials, royalty, T&P, water charges, conveyance charges, Port entry fees etc.including all taxes but excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid, smooth, leak proof, centering & shuttering with formworks made out of new waterproof ply/ Steel shutters for RCC work, providing openings on walls as per requirement maintaining proper alignment etc. in both horizontal and vertical plane, chipping & coaltaring after each use of shuttering materials, dismantling the same after stripping off period over including staging/scaffolding with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, Port entry fees, etc. including all taxes but excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Foundation & Plinth

Providing necessary shoring & shuttering in the excavated portion made out of ply/ steel shutters and providing props to support the excavated pit upto the required extent, barricading the same if required including staging, scaffolding with supply of all materials, labour, tollage, royalty, Port entry fees, transportation, gate entry fees etc. including all taxes but excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-20 grade desing mix by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12 mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for R.C.C work, mixing in a Mini Batching Plant of suitable capacity, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying, compacting by required capacity niddle vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface, curing, by ponding barricading the area if required etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, Port entry fees, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing charges including cost of for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries etc. including all taxes but excluding GST all complete as directed by Engineer in charge. [N.B:- (i) Cost excluding Reinforcement, bending/ binding charges and centering, shuttering, (ii) The agency should be conducted trial mix of M20 in the Port approved Govt. Laboratory and same will be approved by Competent Authority, (iii) Number and different test will be conducted as per relevant IS Code, (iv) Caliberation Certificate of Batchning Plant to be submitted to recieve the M20 concrete, (v) Computer generated slip to be submitted by the agency in every batch of M20 concrete]

Reinforced Cement concrete of M-30 grade by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12 mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for R.C.C work, mixing in a Mini Batching Plant of suitable capacity, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying, compacting by niddle vibrator of approved capacity, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface with brooming with wire brush, curing & ponding including the cost of water, barricading the area if required etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, Port entry fees, royalty, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing charges including cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries etc. taxes excluding GST all complete as directed by Engineer in charge. [N.B:- (i) Excluding cost of Reinforcement, bending/ binding charges, cost of binding wire and centering, shuttering (movebale is also acceptable] (ii) Report of each batch is essential and submit everyday after duly certify by Deptt. Engineer (iii) The agency should be conducted Trial Mix of M30 in the Port approved Govt. Laboratory and same will be approved by Competent Authority, (iv) No. and different test will be conducted as per relevant IS Code (v) Caliberation Certificate of Batching Plant to be submitted to receive the M30 concrete (vi) Computer generated slip to be submitted by the agency in every batch of M30 concrete].

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation memebrane with overlapping of 300 mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc., complete including cost of all materials, labour, cost of overlapping, transportation etc. all taxes but excluding GST all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Chrage.

Drilling of 200mm. deep, 300mm. C/C holes on concrete surface in horizontal plane for fixing 12mm dia reinforcement bars by any approved method, cleaning the hole by blow out pump, grouting the reinforcement bars with approved anchoring adhesive resins of HILTIMAKE HIT- HY 150/ BOSCH or equivalent make, transporting, cutting, placing, proper fixing of reinforcement bars with cost & expenses of all materials, labour, tools and plants, machineries, tollages all taxes, Port entry fees including providing barricades to the working area etc. taxes but excluding GST all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Excluding the cost of steel reinforcement and bending, binding charges.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications of SAIL/ RINL/ TISCON brands including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, tollage, Port entry fees, testing charges etc. including all taxes excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid. Minimum number of steel tests to be conducted as per requirement.

Dewatering the accumulated water during earth work by deploying 5HP capacity Diesel pumps for smooth running of work with supply, hire & running charges of diesel pumps, fuel, required pipes, lubricants, operator and expenses etc including all transportation charges, T&P, Port entry fees etc. barricading the work site if required including all taxes but excluding GST all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (N.B:- No idle charges for pump shall be paid & no shifting charges from one place to another shall be paid)

Supplying of 150 dia. PVC pipe Type-B class for placing at weep hole in both drain walls and culvert with cutting the pipe in required size and placing the pipes in proper manner during casting etc all complete with supply of all material,labour T&P, tollage, all taxes but excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Engaging the Hydraulic Excavator of 1.00Cum. bucket capacity for cleaning of roads, berms and any other required area round the clock, collecting the debrises and spillage materials, disposing same at identified debris yard with supply of machineries, engagement, running and hire charges of all machineries, operator expenses, cost of fuel and lubricants, all safety measures, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. N.B.: (i) No idle hours shall be paid, (ii) Log sheet shall be maintained by the Agency for engagement of machineries which shall be acknowledged by the Department in daily basis and shall be produced before payment, & (iii) No shiftinhg charges of machineries from one place to another shall be paid.
