1 i) Providing of Pipe type earthing equipment set consisting of 32mm dia 3050mm long heavy duty perforated ‘C’ class G.I pipe 50mmx6mm size 4750mm long galvanized steel flat and 2 no. 12mmx40mm G.I bolts with Nuts & washers etc. as ) Providing of Pipe type earthing equipment set consisting of 32mm dia 3050mm long heavy duty perforated ‘C’ class G.I pipe 50mmx6mm size 4750mm long galvanized steel flat and 2 no. 12mmx40mm G.I bolts with Nuts & washers etc. as per technical specification. ii) Earthing of tower with pipe type earthing by putting the G.I pipe at least 600mm below ground level and at least 3650mm away from the tower itself and connecting the G.I strip of the pipe with bolt holes in the leg members joining the bottom most bracing of the tower by making about 300mm dia, 3750mm deep pit at a distance of not less than 3650mm away from the stubs and finally filling the pit with finally broken coke having the granules sizes not more than 25mm and salt in such a way that minimum cover of 125mm thick salt mixed coke shall be maintained around the pipe on all sides and the top edge of the pipe and G.I strip shall be at least 600mm below the ground level, complete in all respect as per technical specifications, with all cost of men, materials, misc. consumables, T&P etc required for the job including the pipe type earthing set.
