FABRICATION AND PACKING WORK

The Tenderer should have Company/Shop registered in his/Firm/ Company name as per Rules of Shops & commercial Act & GST Act for Manufacturing and shall furnish necessary documents along with Tender.

The Tenderer shall have valid GST Registration and shall furnish the GST and PAN numbers and submit related copy of the certificate and upload the same in Pre-bid.

The Tenderer shall have annual turnover of minimum Rs.80 Lakhs for the past 2 years. The relevant assessment order/IT Return/Valid certificate should be uploaded.

The Tenderer should furnish their Performance Certificates for having carried-out the fabrication work for the KSIC, Bangalore.

The Tenderer shall furnish an EMD of Rs. 1,00,000.00 as Proof of submission of EMD.

The bidders shall visit this facility and get the details of facilities provided for the above works and he should install the additional machineries and manpower and carry out the work in the KSFIC Premises and should upload site visit certificate.

Undertaking by Tenderer to the effect that he/she has not been blacklisted by KSFIC or any other Government agency/department shall be submitted at the time of participation in tender process.

The rates indicated shall be inclusive of GST for fabrication and Packing of Mango wood planks as per the directions of regional manager or his authorized person and the bidder shall upload self declaration certificate for accepting this condition.

The bidder should collect the Mango wood planks by KSFIC and carry out the fabrication work as per Regional Manager Instruction and get certify and upload the same in Pre-bid.
