EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, Install, testing & commissioning factory made Out door type dust and vermin proof Feeder pillar CPRI approved LT panel board cubical double door hinged type compartmentalized of suitable size 415 volts, AC 50 Hz fabricated of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick machine pressed and angle iron frame 50mm x 50mmx 6mm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm grade stone aggregate) powder coated inside and outside complete including 4 poles aluminium bus bar of suitable size mounted on porcelain insulators and enclosed in chamber made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed and connection from incoming and outgoing electric cable with suitable size thimbles / lugs cable gland with open able shutters on both side and comprising of the following :-

M&L for Fencing of transformer 2 mtr all around with chain link fencing made out of 3.15 mm dia GI wire having mesh size 80 mm fixed to MS angle iron support stands spaced at a distance of 2 meters, made out of MS angle of size 80x80x6 mm at corners and size 50x50x6 mm except corners including fixing of chain link using 32x6 mm flat on all sides with nuts, bolts and washers. The height of chain link fencing from ground lever shall be 2 mtrs. The area from transformer platform upto 2.5 mtr all around shall be provided with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm stone aggregate. Approachable side of the fencing shall have MS angle iron gate of 2m x 2m size made out of angle iron frame and center support 50x50x6 mm with 12 mm round bars at a spacing of 150 mm and fixed on MS channel of size 100 MC on both sides and locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING Supply and fix water cooler, electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 120 litres and nominal cooling capacity of 60 litres per hour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5 % and of capacity 1.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM Providing & fixing of ISI marked (IS: 15683) portable Dry chemical powder ABC type fire extinguisher of capacity 6 kg cartridge type, wall mounted, squeeze grip control valve mechanism, average range of flow not to be less than 5m, including suspension bracket and valve discharge hose of not less than 10mm diameter complete in all respect including initial fill conforming to IS 15683 latest complete in all respect all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of ISI marked (IS 15683) stored pressure type water based fire extinguisher of capacity 9Ltrs cartridge type, wall mounted, squeeze grip control valve mechanism, average range of flow not to be less than 5m, including suspension bracket and valve discharge hose of not less than 10mm dia. meter complete in all respect including initial fill complete in all respect all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of ISI marked (IS: 15683) portable Clean agent (HCFC123) based of capacity 4.0 kg flat base including valve discharge hose of not less than 10mm diameter complete in all respect including initial fill with HCFC123 complete in all respect all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in position various signage boards at different locations of any size as per site requirement. It should containing the letters on 5mm thick self illuminated opaque PVC form board of computerised letters, PVC non reflective self adhesive vinyle painted foam board of different sizes including all fixing arrangement complete all as directed. Note : The board shall be fixed on wall with suitable chromium plated screws including washers, the letter size shall be not less than 40mm with approved colour and the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same.
